I’ve been a member of this gym for years, and it’s truly bittersweet to be writing this as I’m only leaving to start using the gym at my work office. This place has been fantastic from day one. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Management is especially friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. A special shout‑out to Ashley and Andre! Thank you both for your professionalism, positivity, and the energy you bring every day. You’ve made this gym feel like more than just a place to work out. I’m grateful for the years I spent here and would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, supportive, and well‑run fitness environment.

Clean gym with plenty of equipment and everything you’d need. Staff are very friendly and the massage beds are worth every penny. Definitely recommend this PF

Located in the financial district, this gym can be a bit tricky to find. The address is clear, but the entrance isn't well marked—it's on the second floor of a corporate high-rise, so look for the Citizens Bank ATM. The layout feels a bit unusual, likely due to space constraints, but they've managed to fit in a good selection of equipment. I was able to find everything I needed, and the street views from several spots are a nice bonus for people-watching. All the equipment is in good shape, clean, and features personal entertainment systems. The members were all polite, and the front desk staff, Dennis and Maya, were both incredibly helpful and friendly. The showers are large, though you'll need to bring your own soap. Lockers require you to bring a lock, but they are available for purchase. A nice feature: the lockers in the main area have USB-A ports for charging your phone while you work out. On a final note, I hope the brand will eventually add stand-alone squat racks, barbells, and heavier dumbbells and kettlebells. But for most people (and for me most of the time), the current setup is more than workable.

Perfectly serviceable gym. It’s a few steps up above an average apartment complex amenity (not the bougie ones). Has basic floor machines, cardio, and provides free WiFi. Staff are good. I go, I run, I do my PT, I leave. Perfect!

Worst gym ever. It's 7:12 am on Sunday, and this gym still isn't open. These employees pick and choose when they want to open the gym. This is unacceptable and selfish. This is a business. Why isn't it open? Y'all need to hire new people because the ones y'all have are lazy and rude.

Out of all my travels I've never been to a Planet Fitness that does not have the famous tootsie rolls chocolate and grape that you can treat yourself to at the end of a workout but they have an empty bucket. How disappointing. I asked the guy where's the candy? He said the have none. Bad management just order the darn candy..

Clean gym friendly staff but there are thieves. I had $60 stolen out of my wallet and my bank card was hacked a few months ago but that was due to my own carelessness. Last night someone stole over $100 out of my wallet despite me having it locked away securely. I'd rather lock up my personal belongings then lose them while exercising. Great gym but proceed with caution. I don't think I will be back
