Life4orceTouch ~ Restorative BodyWork for Your Busy Active LifeStyle

Frank at Life4orce is exceptional. I came in with specific concerns, and he recommended the Integrated Massage. He’s Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and his expertise shows. Booking was easy, the studio is centrally located, and parking was hassle-free. Before the session even began, Frank observed my posture and gait, identifying problem areas before I said a word. The consultation was smooth, and the session itself was unhurried and incredibly informative. I learned how my daily movement habits were contributing to pain and misalignment—and how to correct them. This wasn’t just a massage—it was a deep dive into how my body works. I left feeling better and with a new understanding of how to move more mindfully. Highly recommend Life4orce and Frank’s integrative approach.

Frank was excellent! Responds quickly to all messages & has flexible booking hours. He really knows his stuff and truly gives you your full time on the table. I look forward to my next session.

Do yourself a favor and book a session with Frank. He’ll take you on a tour of your body’s limitations and help set you on your path towards happier more comfortable living. Very knowledgeable, warm personality, I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I smelled the essential oils and heard the music as I approached from down the hallway. If you’re reading this you’ve found a good one. Very reasonable price for the time and care.

I left my massage feeling limber, relaxed and rejuvenated in trouble areas I didn't know i even had. Frank really knows his stuff and has such a variety of massage and wellness techniques Ive never really found anyone else excel in. Thanks for the good work sir, cheers!

Received a body scrub from Frank today and it was AMAZING. He's so sweet and professional. Its all about YOU the moment you walk through the door. Prices are great, I will definitely be using his services again.

Frank at Life4orceTouch is a serious massage/body work therapist who helped me with a severe shoulder issue. I was pleasantly surprised to experience significant relief beginning with the first session. I’m very grateful.

My entire experience with Frank was exceptional. From the moment I arrived he made me feel confident in his skill and deep dedication to helping people. I was surprised and so grateful that he gave me tips to improve my posture on a daily basis! I will definitely be using those tips. He asked me so much about myself so our session consisted of physical care as well as emotional care. AND... he had chocolate for me. Can't really beat that. Thank you SO MUCH Frank!!!
