Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Saw Alison today for a massage, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Top tier body work, relaxing environment, and convienent add ons. You also cannot beat a parking lot & a Dunkin right next door!

Booked online using a gift card and I wanted to upgrade my facial so I chose a nicer option. Paid a deposit and had my gift card number and my credit card number listed online. I even completed the intake paperwork ahead of my appointment. They started harassing me with calls and texts at work asking for the gift card information ahead of my appointment (which I entered online) and saying I needed to give an additional deposit on top of the $40 I already put down. Then when I finally got ahold of someone they just said it was policy (even though it doesn’t make sense to pay two deposits and give additional information on top of already having my gift card and credit card information on file for one facial). I ended up canceling my appointment and the worker hung up me.

I am so beyond happy that I found Doreen at hand and Stone. I’m a full-time dog groomer and my back aches like crazy. I love learning from her, and she has the hands of a God She genuinely helps me feel better and make my body in the best possible form for my profession I can’t recommend her enough, and I look forward to seeing her every month! The receptionists are exceptional and the sweetest as well , they never miss a beat!

Horrible! Kia is completely rude and was raising her voice with me. I had to cancel my appointment because I have Covid and they said well you still have to pay. I honestly wouldn’t have cared but the attitude and the way they treat customers is disgusting. Save the time and money….. STAY AWAY!

I have been getting a facial at hand and Stone in Center City by Judith for many years. She is the BEST! She does an excellent job and she is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. I leave there very relaxed and well pleased. I highly recommend Judith. You will be well pleased.

A relaxing experience from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and offered water and a hot towel while I waited for my appointment. I already was having a better experience than other spas and my massage hadn’t even started yet. My massage therapist was Annette and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was kind, caring, and I left feeling like a new person. Definitely will be booking here again.

Alison was an incredible and super knowledgeable massage therapist. I will definitely be coming back!
