HUSTLER® Hollywood
This establishment offers a mixed service experience with notable highs and lows. The staff's professionalism and friendliness are commendable, with employees like "J" and Janie receiving praise for their exceptional customer service. They are known for making clients feel comfortable and answering questions thoroughly. The store maintains a clean and welcoming environment, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
However, there have been instances of miscommunication and pricing issues, which have led to dissatisfaction among some customers. These oversights have resulted in a lack of trust and reluctance to return. Despite these drawbacks, the store's wide selection of products and the dedication of its staff make it a place worth considering, albeit with caution.

Bought 10 chocolates after it was advertised that there was a special going on. Didn't realize I was charged full price, when I went back to ask for the price adjustment. They could not offer any solution, simply said "sorry for the oversight" and couldn't offer any refund or store credit even though THEY OVERCHARGED ME. Management then tells my credit card company that promotion ended when I had made my purchase. Why would I make up a promotion??? Don't have your employees LIE to make a sale. Terrible sales practice, never coming back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I was here in town from the Philippines.. I bought my brother Héctor a pocket pussy.. He loved it. He said "it was the best wedding gift he ever got"!!!!
I had a great experience. Their employee was so nice and professional. "J" made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. He answered any questions we had . Very clean .
Went to this store for the first time on Friday and have never in my life had such an incredible shopping experience. Janie was absolutely incredible !! She answered any and all questions we had and was so incredibly friendly. She made me feel so confident and comfortable in the short time I spent with her. The wide selection of toys and lingerie already made me want to come back again and again but Janie made me so excited to return as soon as possible.
Staff is 100/100 at this store! I called with questions (April 11 around noon) and they didn't know the answer - but took my number, did research and called me back (1:21pm). They went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate them caring about my issue. I would 100% trust this store to have my best interest in mind when shopping here. Management - you have EXCELLENT STAFF!
