Peak Performance Holistic Therapies

I have been a client of Peak Performance for several years, utilizing both acupuncture and massage. My favorite therapist, Shane Albarran, is definitely the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is skilled, attentive, and finds all the areas that hurt. Whenever I get massages away from home - like on vacation - I am usually disappointed and wish that Shane was there! She is also very accommodating: when I ask her to change something, she invariably thanks me for speaking up - she never takes requests negatively. I am thoroughly happy with her wonderful massages.

Every visit to Shane has left me better in every way than when I arrived. She adapts to the needs abd communicated so beautifully. She has also worked on my aging parents in the past along with Danae. The space is quiet. Lovely and inviting. The experience is worth every penny. That said, I don't go often because of other financial priorities

My experiences with Danae at Peak Performance are always great. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire sessions. I feel noticeable improvements afterward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and caring acupuncture!

I’ve been having massages with Shane for a few months now and I always leave super relaxed and feeling great! Recently my back was very sore so I made an appointment and she fixed it right up and I feel so much better. She has this crazy ability to know exactly how much pressure is needed and backs off or pushes harder if needed. I’m always amazed at how she does it. I’d never done cupping before but tried it here and had a great response! It feels super weird and like nothing I’ve ever experienced but it moves the muscles in ways they’ve never moved before. I’d recommend trying it at least once to see how your body responds. It’s also nice being so close to Sunset Cliffs. I always walk over and spend some time at the cliffs after my massage and it’s a great way to extend the relaxation.

Jill has been the best..... She is very kind and knowledgeable. She has helped me so much with my neck and shoulder pain.. I love my day, going to acupuncture . Feel so good when I leave...
