My session at Glow Sauna was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calming, clean, and intentionally designed for comfort. The facility is spotless, truly one of the cleanest wellness spaces I’ve visited, and the environment made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the session. What really elevated the experience was the exceptional customer service from Liz. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were on another level. She made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who delivers service with this level of excellence, and Liz absolutely set the tone for a 5‑star visit. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next session. Glow Sauna has definitely earned a loyal customer! Thanks again Liz!!!

I tried Sauna Glow for a 40-minute session and overall had a really good experience. The environment was clean, relaxing, and felt private, which made it easy to fully unwind. The heat wasn’t overwhelming, but you could definitely feel yourself sweating and relaxing deeply throughout the session.

Amazing experience! Ronan (?), a young gentleman, helped out and was absolutely incredible. Since it was my first time, he made sure to let me know how everything works and what to do! He was also so sweet and wanted to make sure I had the best experience as he was very personable and I was able to tell him about my personal health journey. He made sure everything was perfect and checked in with me afterwards! After dealing with chronic pain, the relief I felt was almost instant and I will be going back again !!!

Great studio! I liked the idea to have netflix inside the cabin. I only wish they had showers. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my time here

Brychan, who works at this location, makes me really appreciate this particular sauna business. Every time I've visited he's always very accommodating and is always seemingly at work maintaining everything and making sure mine and other's experiences are always pleasant. That's what keeps me coming back to Glow.

This happened 2nd times. The same staff guy knocked my door again. So I decided to bring it up to the manager. Today I went in around 5:35pm ( my appointment was 5:30pm) for sauna and red light). The time I left the store was around 6:22pm. The guy told me I could only use 45 minutes . Yes, when I go to the cabin, I have to set up lots things- undressed, turn on TV, then set up the sauna time ……. After that, I have to cool down a little and dressed up inside the cabin. I come here to relax, I do not need any pressure, I don’t want people to timing me. I do not want to see you again . Thank you for understandings!

My first infrared sauna session at Glow Sauna was a game-changer! After working out six times a week, my bad knee had been feeling stiff and sore, but after just one session, it feels so much better! I felt totally rejuvenated—mind, body, and soul. Also my skin felt extremely smooth. This is exactly what my health and wellness routine needed. Huge thanks to Sam, the amazing owner, for making sure my experience was perfect from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends, and I’ll definitely be back!
