So lucky to have stumbled upon this pocket of paradise in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Felt an immediate sense of calmness upon walking in. I had Stacy, who was great and informative! As well I really enjoyed the brief advice after,it was new for me as not many other places do that. I definitely will be back in, and recommend to others looking in the area. I did quite a bit of comparisons and research and this was my final choice and I’m happy I did. Atmosphere was professional and soothing. Prices are pretty competitive as well for what I saw in the area. Enjoyed the technique of the massage.

Form + Function was a happy accident while visiting Austin, and I’m so glad I found it! I worked with Chris A., who introduced me to Rolfing and took a deeply targeted, structural approach. His process is not a spa-style massage, but intentional, therapeutic work. I was sore the next day in the best way, and my shoulder felt noticeably better. I’ve already gone back once and am booked again on my next visit.

What an awesome place!! I somehow hurt my lower back over a month ago and the pain was incredible! I went to a chiropractor and did need an adjustment, but the pain still lingered. I decided to try Form + Function Massage for the first time and booked a 60-minute massage plus a 30-minute foot and full leg compression session. After reading all the great reviews, I figured I’d give them a try and I’m so glad I did! I had Chris, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling relieved and genuinely grateful. I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of real relief and excellent care! This is one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Chris was my masseuse and I got the myofascial massage. He was super knowledgeable and I felt so much relief after my massage. Well worth the price, I will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone I can!

I booked here last minute for some quick relief of chronic back pain and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else in Austin. This was not a massage, this was body👏work👏. Chia was amazing, HEARD my concerns, and adapted so quickly to what my body needed that day to heal. They provided detailed insight and I am so thankful. I will be booking my next session asap!
