She focused on a stubborn problem area in my neck and struck the perfect balance—providing real relief without putting any stress on my recent surgical repairs in both shoulders. Kennedy helped me with my back so much that im amazed, I’m 74, broke my back when I was 14 years old falling from a tree, so back pain is something I deal with a lot but Kennedy is top of the line! I have a lot less build up pressure in my lower back area make it’s a lot easier to walk without so much pain! Absolutely recommending her to all my friends and family and I think you should too! Neu Release Massage was just what I needed after a day of travel. I did a Swedish-style massage with medium pressure, and it was great. It was also very affordable compared to other massage therapists I have been to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Austin looking for a great massage.

Omg! Best decision ever! Was a little skeptical at first but definitely had a great experience. Kennedy is so sweet, she talks through any questions I had during the appointment, asking where and what hurts, what’s been bothering me and how she can ease the tension, I told her to releve tension in my face when my sinuses where acting up and god it did wonders! My severe lower back pains I’ve been dealing with since I was 30 have never felt such a relief, whatever you ask for you will get! This place listens and gets you the quality you deserve. I’ll be recommending to anyone who could benefit!

Best Massage I have ever gotten. Had a serious lower back problem. Couldn’t really do much without extreme pain. Kai fixed me up. With a deep tissue work and whatever magic she used, I can move again. I’ve already made my next appointment. Highly recommend

I’ve always had fantastic experiences here with a 1 hour Swedish massage. Kennedy does a great job and checks in on pressure level to make sure I’m getting what I need. I always leaving feeling so much better and more aligned than when I walked in. I also enjoy having a great massage place near home. Parking is never an issue and I always get reminders through text which really helps. Highly recommend!!
