Have done four red light bed treatments, and I'm very pleased with the difference it's already making on reducing aches and pains from an old injury, as well as reducing my caffeine dependency. The staff do a great job in helping this be a very welcoming and relaxing environment. I almost always relax to the point of falling asleep during my session. Excited about where I'll be after 1 to 2 months of treatments!

It was our first time experiencing infrared sauna and light therapy. We tried something new for Father’s Day and in celebration of our birthdays. Brooke was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The *Best* Infrared Sauna Experience Possible! I've used Infrared Saunas from the East to West Coast; and Sweatland does everything they could possibly do to make the experience wonderful. From the cold towel in the middle, to the option to get soothing eye patches, choosing your music, AND temperature? It was just perfect. Wish I lived closer. P.S. Ignore the Christmas Tree; yes, this is a review I meant to post in December. 🤐

I had such an amazing time at Sweatland. This was my first experience and the staff took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It also was so clean and such a relaxing experience. This is going to be my "go-to" place after work to avoid rush hour traffic.

To be honest, when I first saw the signs on this place, I was very skeptical. But, I have some health issues that give me joint and muscle pain so my doctor suggested IR sauna to generate "heat shock proteins." Again, I was skeptical and I absolutely hate being hot. When I read they have saunas where you can lay down and keep your head out, I decided to give it a shot. The ability to have my head out, or even get completely out of the sauna, at any time makes all the difference. I can tolerate the heat and can attest that it makes a dramatic difference in my pain for several days. I also leave feeling more relaxed and happy. There’s a parking garage and a code to make it free of charge. Everyone who works here has been so nice and welcoming and no one has given me a high pressure sales pitch. I’m a convert!

This was a really great experience! I received a gift certificate to try it out and I loved it. The sales associate was very kind and walked me through the whole process. She checked in on me a few times but not so much that it bothered me. I really enjoyed this would love to go again! I would recommend.

Brooke was very friendly and knowledgeable about the studio. Got a great sweat in and look forward to being back!
