I’ve been coming here for years and have turned several of my friends into enthusiastic regulars. The reviews about lots of noise / disruptions are true but my chair massages from the women are so heavenly, the subpar atmosphere doesn’t really detract from my experience. They DO expect a 20% tip but the reason they expect tips is because they set their prices so low. But even with a high tip, it’s extremely affordable and they do a great job. The older couple who runs the place are honest and hard working. The female owner is the BEST. The male owner massages user okay-would be better if they were a little less painful.

Ok so firstly the massage is 5 stars but the reason I’m leaving 1 star is because this place is very deceptive. The prices are good but they hide a "Minimum 20% tip required" underneath a candy bowl on the front desk. They present this to you only after you pay and argue with you. This is a very deceptive and manipulative practice and everyone needs to be aware of this scam before going here.

Fantastic reflexology and chair massage. highly recommend. The owner Jimmy gave me a 30-minute chair massage and rectified every knot in my back. His wife gave my friend a good foot massage. I’ve had therapeutic massages all over Asia and West Coast Chinatowns but have to say this is one of the best. Their rates are very reasonable and I happily left a 25pct tip without being asked. I can’t believe other reviewers on here complained about tip requests. These are hard-working immigrants and they do a good job.

This is an authentic Chinese massage parlor like you would find one in mainland China. The staff knows what they are doing. The prices are fair, and tipping is customary in the US. I strongly oppose some of the other reviews here.

I absolutely loved my experience here! So much so that I extended my 60min massage to 90 minutes. The environment was clean and comfortable. My masseuse lady Helen was kind, extremely skilled, and super accommodating. She worked on areas that were not routine but where I experienced a lot of soreness (my heels). She also found the sore spots on my back muscles with great precision and really loosened the knots. I left feeling refreshed and lighter. The range of motion of my head even significantly improved (I had very stiff neck and shoulders that Helen really helped to relief). I will definitely go back there. As for the tips, I wasn’t requested to give a specific amount but I truly think for the service provided, they deserve at minimum 20%.

This is a good find on Kearny! If you’re looking for a good, deep foot massage Fung Soong will take care of you. My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday night, not too long before closing time and we were greeted warmly and encouraged to sit down and relax. They soaked our feet in hot water before doing the massage. My wife had medium pressure and I had deep. We were both very happy with this service and slept well that night. Thanks so much!

They are so good and sweet! I had an amazing massage — incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. The therapist was skilled, attentive, and created such a calming atmosphere. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. Highly recommend!
