Massage Envy

Had a 9am appt with Kristi. Does all pressure and she was amazing mad emergency feel 1000% better. Definitely be going back for her the next time I make an appointment w.e. I get the chance.

I like coming here. Shana is the best at massages I've found here and Emma is an absolute sweetheart. Could work a bit on some table manners with the other staff who make unprompted, unprofessional, and snarky comments about the other staff. Also probably need to work on some front counter manners. Letting customers know they are done instead of just making them stand there and then rudely asking if they want anything else. 3/5 for the amazing staff. Definitely need some improvement though but everything is a learning experience.

Aaron at this location is awesome! He was super knowledgeable, very personable, and he helped my muscles sooo much! Can’t say enough about him!

I got a great facial done with Kimberly. Highly recommend this location. Booking, timing, and service was great and seamless

about what you’d expect for a massage chain except worse. staff preys on customers to get them to sign up for a subscription while you are unable to make a sound decision after a massage. i’m sure your corporate dictates this, but now i’m stuck with an expensive monthly payment for a place i will never *ever* go back to. also their location is a nightmare—the second you get in your car in the parking lot, all relaxation is lost. thanks

I had not been to a Massage Envy in a few years. I do get massages frequently but now being pregnant I wanted a prenatal massage. Let’s say I see why I stopped going to these chains. I have had other prenatal massages and they were exactly what I needed during pregnancy. This one… NO… upon entering the room I noted they do not have a pregnancy massage pillow. I thought this highly strange since it’s a chain. So I was left to lay on my side for the majority of the massage which most pregnant woman at 35 weeks know is not overly comfortable. As she was trying to massage me I asked for it to be a bit harder, it felt like she was just "playing" with my skin. The massage therapist said nothing and continued on. They asked what area I would like to have worked on, my lower back. That was not touched at all during the duration of the massage. I then had a facial right afterwards and rather than go back to back, I had to lay on a hard table for almost 20 minutes. To aesthetician was very wonderful and I had a lovely facial. Her neck and shoulders massage was better than the "professional" masseuse. Needless to say I’m MORE UNCOMFORTABLE leaving then when I came and for the amount they charge it is just HIGHLY unacceptable! Won’t be back for sure.

Would love my time and money back. Although, my 30 minute massage was 15 minutes so I suppose more the money. It was genuinely awful, unprofessional & not worth it.
