I have been suffering from sciatica for almost 2 months on and off. I decided to go in for a massage after finding this place on Google. The name caught my attention and after reading all the great reviews decided to book an appointment. Well, after just one session, my pain has gone down significantly. It was a 4 when I went and now it's like a 1-2! Sarena is great at her profession and I will definitely be going back for another massage. *UPDATE: I was gifted another massage and I decided to go 2 weeks after my first massage. Well, let me tell you, my pain has centralized! I still feel discomfort when I sit down, but it's not the pain I was feeling before that even with physical therapy wasn't going down much. I do recommend this place to anyone suffering with pain or that just need some relaxation in their lives because you will get out relaxed.*

Today was my first visit with Serena, and it was absolutely incredible. I felt extremely safe during my prenatal massage. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I definitely would recommend Serena to anyone who needs a calming, feel-good experience.

I’m so grateful for having this experience. Never had a massage in my life before, but I’m glad I had this experience here. I had a one hour massage with Sarena, and I loved the professionalism and the experience. When you arrive, make sure that you enter on the smaller door to the right. That is the door to all of the holistic providers, including Sarena. We started the session by filling out a medical questionnaire, and going over any of the current pains on my body. When you get ready to get on the table, you do have the option to keep your underthings on or not, but no matter what you choose you’re going to always be under a sheet at all times. Sarena asked me about my music preferences, and also which scents I wanted her to use. She started out massaging my head and made her way down to my feet throughout the session. There were some light stretches of my knees, since I have problems with both of them. At the end of the session, we did a proper closing and I got dressed. She makes salves and tinctures as well, so I bought the ‘Grounding’ tincture. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

I’m telling you that this is the best place I have been so far for massage and energy recharge. It has been a blessing since I met Sarena! I booked a pregnancy massage with her, and she went beyond that. She gave me a personalized session with lots of advice for me and the baby. She empowered me so much with what I can do during my delivery, and she lent me some amazing books for delivery and birth. During the massage session, she really hit my spots and alleviated my hip pain. She put me in specific positions where I was extremely comfortable and always asked if the pressure was good and if I was comfortable with everything. She played birth affirmations and relaxing music. She also used hot stones and the massage gun, which really helped alleviate all the pain. Thank you so much Sarena! You are the best!! Love this, from stepping in the door you’re met by the front desk and a gift shop with variety of jewelry, sage, tea etc. We had the opportunity to try some of the teas and they were amazing! Both were very informative, kind, and made us feel comfortable. There are many modalities offered like cupping, sound bowl and vibration, hot stones (these are perfect temp not BURNING 🔥), aromatherapy, dry brushing, reflexology, scalp massage, and I love cold therapy on my face, that was great. I like deep tissue and my partner likes more relaxing, he was asleep… out… two hour massage. He said it was fantastic and was, "out of it when I got out of there." My massage was deep tissue and more. I never understood cupping and had lightly tried it before but this felt good and helped with all the soreness and knots in my back and neck. I really liked the vibe, the service and kindness. Definitely recommend!

This unique experience is 10/10 - totally amazing! I had the hot stone - 1 hour massage today and it was wonderful. Highly recommend the personalize service and outstanding massage!
