I have NEVER left a nail appointment feeling like I wanted to cry — until today. Eight days ago, I spent $150 on a manicure and pedicure. $150. When a couple of my nails broke, I came back in expecting a simple fix. Instead, I was treated like I had committed some kind of crime. The woman who "helped" me wasn’t even the one who originally did my nails, yet she spoke to me like I had personally offended her. I was talked down to, blamed, and made to feel stupid for something that clearly should not have happened after just eight days. The attitude, the tone, the complete lack of basic respect — it was shocking. Getting your nails done is supposed to feel relaxing and fun. I walked out feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and honestly on the verge of tears. And to top it all off? My nails don’t even match now. If you value being treated with kindness and respect as a paying customer, DO NOT GO HERE. I have never felt so small walking out of a business in my life.

Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The next morning I noticed air bubbles which had popped. The acrylics were not close to my cuticle at all. I went to get them fixed and there is still an air bubble. You can also tell where the other ones had peeled. I asked if she could fill them more and she said no because the brush is too big to get that close. She also said that she was almost out of the color and she had barely had enough to finish the 2 accent nails. Never going back. Not worth $60. She was rushing the entire time.

I went in to get my acrylics filled and have a design put on my nails, I called prior and gave the front desk a description of what I was looking to get done. I was scheduled with Vo. I went in and she was extremely rude and unprofessional the entire time. I asked her to file down my nail underneath and she told me she couldn’t do that. The design I asked for she wasn’t able to do and when I showed her the design the first time her response was "I don’t have time for that". After trying four times she got frustrated and said "I’ve already spent too much time on you" it had only been 40 minutes by that time. She made me feel like an inconvenience the entire time and was negative, the answer was always no. The owner came over and found someone to help and Vanessa was polite and kind and professional and was able to complete what I asked for. I called later and spoke to a manager and she told me the owner would call me back and I have yet to hear anything from them. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with service here.

The lady absolutely destroyed my cuticles. They wouldn’t stop bleeding during the manicure - so bad so that at one point I had blood literally dripping down my thumb. It’s the next day and they are still bleeding and painful on several fingers. Wasn’t even given a discount in the service. Also chose a special effect cat eye polish and after they had painted it they told me they wouldn’t be able to do the special effect, so I ended up with purple nails that I never would have chosen. Won’t be back!

I went 2 nights ago for a powder dip. The gal was rushing to get out of there. I got there at 7:20. It says they’re open til 9. But she was starting her car before she was done. If you look, you can see the designs don’t match. But the worst part is the 5 bleeding cuticles. Yes. FIVE. She had the grinder too high and it was hot. Two days later and my nail beds are still throbbing. The nails were not filed. The polish is bumpy and one nail has a corner chunk missing. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because she was nice. The workmanship is awful for the price.

So I'm someone who gets there nails done maybe 3 times a year if I'm feeling fancy. I was taken here as a surprise from my boyfriend. I will break it down. Older front desk lady with the short brown hair was an absolute sweet heart. Very very welcoming and the only reason this is any stars. The tech I had spoke to me enough to say "I need you to pick your color now" three times because I wasn't sure. All while she was shaping and not ready for the dipping process. As someone who's bascially inexperienced in nail things I didn't even know what shape I wanted. I asked for a shape chart and she bascially scoffed like I was stupid. So fun I got a shape I didn't want because she just picked. I tried to ask questions to make sure I understood and the barrier of understanding was definitely disappointing. Almond was not rounded like I thought I asked if she was rounding the tip I clearly didn't understand the difference. (Looking online she called these Almond I feel there a little sharper then that but..) Hence wishing for the chart. Again not a newcomer friendly place. I felt so rushed in picking colors with NO conversation or suggestions. When I picked a color I specifically asked if it was a top color (holographic silver and fine glitter light pink) or a full color because I didn't want to see underneath the nail. I asked TWICE and she assured me you couldn't. Not true. 100% Both are extremely see through. The actual dipping is uneven, with bumps and dents. She even on my wider thumb cut my nail to the bed instead of shaping and building it out to match like the other side. I know that's possible my home nail tech does it. Disappointing to say the least.. hate that my boyfriend paid $57 for a service that was uncomfortable, and rushed. They at least let him sit next to me. Also. Having a language barrier doesn't protect the tone and eye contact. Openly talking crap about someone who changed from a pedicure to Manicure shouldn't warrant that. Seems unprofessional. (A lady next to me not me I should add) I've had great experiences at my tech at home so there's no excuses for the lack of service. If I'm going to pay that price, to not get cuticle work, hands lotioned, nails smooth, shape true, color (dip) thick then it shouldn't be priced as it was. I will say the place is clean, smells clean and isn't cluttered but that's all they got going for them. Oh and the hidden trash at the wash sink was highly annoying with no sign or direction.
