Do yourself a favor and book a calming facial with Emily O. 10/10 — highly recommend. Emily is incredibly intentional with every step of the experience. Her routine is deeply relaxing and perfectly balanced, with just the right heat-to-cooling ratio throughout the treatment. It honestly feels like she intuitively knows exactly what my body needs in the moment. I always leave feeling calmer, refreshed, and completely taken care of. She is welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. Her hands are angelic! Wait till you try her scalp massage and neck/arms massage! I have been going to Massage Envy for over a year now and most of my time has been spent with Emily V. Emily is incredibly kind, attentive, caring and genuine. She has taken care of my needs from muscle tension to hypoglycemic drops mid session. The entire staff is beyond kind, caring and genuine. Trey was amazing. This was my second 90-minute session with him. The first time was fantastic—very professional and attentive, and the massage left me completely relaxed. At my second session, last Monday, I mentioned that my grandmother had passed away the previous Friday and I had to work all weekend, so I was feeling truly exhausted, both physically and emotionally, on Monday. Trey understood my muscles and my body in general perfectly, with the skill and precision of an artist. It was incredible. Thank you so much, Trey.

Joey was awesome! She really listened to me before we started the massage and adopted based off what she was feeling in my muscles. Really great massage and I recommend the 90 minutes!

I've been a member at Massage Envy for over 15 years and I've always been able to find quality therapists and favorites. While my favorites have often moved on, I am always able to find another. I love being able to bank my accrued benefits and use them at a later time, too! If you are looking for knowledgable therapists to help you work out knots, stretch, or just relax, I highly recommend the firm-to-deep pressure expertise of Brandi H., Amelia, or Xavier (all at the Tom Watson Parkway location)!

Highly recommend Brandi if you want a great therapeutic massage. She knows how to work the muscles hard and takes a real therapeutic approach, so it's not just a relaxing massage, she puts you through the wringer in a good way. Of course if you want softer, she can do that too, but I told her to crank it to 11 and she did. Nice and friendly person too. She also worked on my son with some of his sports injuries. Go see her.

Amazing couples massage! Despite a highway closure affecting our original appointment, the staff was incredibly accommodating and upgraded us to Jaylin and Trey — who were both fantastic. They even included complimentary CBD oil, which was such a nice touch. Jaylin and Trey were kind, professional, and checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
