Very disappointing experience. I booked through Groupon, which stated I could book by text or phone. I texted on a holiday and received no response for over a week, so I had to call to schedule. When I arrived, I was offered add-on options and chose a face massage, but I never received it. The therapist even asked what I wanted at the start, and despite clearly requesting neck, shoulders, hips, and head, I received a massage on my arms and legs instead. After the session, I was told to wait for water, but no one came back. I waited several minutes and eventually left on my own. I informed the receptionist that I did not receive the service I paid for and was told the manager would contact me. After two weeks with no follow-up, I called again and was told it was a "note issue" and that the manager would call within two days. I was never contacted. Poor communication, incorrect service, and no accountability. I do not recommend this place.

I canceled my membership after 3 years. They took away my free hot stones add on that was negotiated 3 yrs ago. For 3 yrs it was fine then suddenly it was not ok for me to have them as a free add on. I find it ridiculous they lost a customer after 3 years due to hot stones. I also was getting a little tired of some of their policies and indescrepancies. It all matters on who u talk to as to what their policies are on certain things. Update. They canceled my last massage because my therapist was leaving and wouldn’t refund my $. Even though it was their fault. I will be going elsewhere for massages.

With significant stress of my career and being a mom of two toddlers on top of it, I experience a lot of somatic symptoms with stress including constant tension and pain in my neck and back. I haven’t had a massage in over 2 years and after my massage with Randy today, I will definitely not be waiting another 2 years. Randy was constantly checking in on whether or not the pressure is right which I appreciate because past massages I’ve had they didn’t bother checking in. I originally booked a 60 minute massage and after halfway through I ended up requesting my time be extended to 90 minutes. I was so relaxed and have felt the tension I’ve been carrying subside significantly. Signed up for a membership for monthly massages!

My wife and I had a wonderful couples massage. Found a great deal. Would highly recommend.

My Massage Therapist, Amber, was amazing! I got the 60-minute massage with a add-on evaluation of a foot scrub. Well worth the visit.

I suffer from Chronic back pain d/t childhood Scoliosis w/a Full Spinal Fusion Tyler was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my areas of pain and gave a great deep road massage. I already scheduled a monthly massage. Front attendees were also very nice.
