Cary Massage

I would not go back here again and would not recommend. I’ve had numerous massages before and I’ve never been this dissatisfied before. The areas of my body I requested focus on were not even massaged, so I was left confused and disappointed by the lack of listening by the massage therapist. The massage itself also didn’t feel like a massage—it was just lightly rubbing my skin slowly without massaging the muscles themselves. It didn’t feel like an experienced massage/massage therapist at all. I had to request for some more pressure because the massage therapist didn’t ask at the start (like other massage therapists have at places I’ve gone to, to make sure you’re satisfied for the whole massage). My massage therapist also sat on table during the massage which I found very unprofessional when the massage is only 60 minutes. I’ve never had that happen before and it was uncomfortable to feel her sitting on the table. One of her nails wasn’t trimmed and left a scrape up my arm too. Was also unimpressed with the space. Felt like an office, versus peaceful massage space, was noisy with staff talking outside or door and train going by often too. Again, highly do not recommend coming here.

I had a great Swedish Hot Stone Massage with Veronica at Cary Massage. Veronica and I talked about any areas that needed more focus and she described how she would apply the hot stones. This was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. My only regret is that I didn't book more time! I will definitely go back to Cary Massage and book with Veronica.

This is my favorite place to have a massage! I have been going here for years and it keep getting better and better. The waiting rooms have snacks and relaxing sounds so your relaxation begins before your message. All of the massage therapists are wonderful. A special shout-out to Lacretia for the best deep tissue massage I have ever had!

I have had many many facials and massages over the years but I have never been to a place that had a relaxing waiting room that is separate from the main room. I don't recall the name but it was so nice!!!!! Water and refreshments and sound therapy with low lights and comfy couch awaits in this room. Loved it! I had a facial from Isabelle and I really enjoyed it. The only thing the face towels were warm but I prefer them hotter. I still enjoyed it!

This appointment was a gift to me, and I’m so thankful it was. My 60-minute Swedish massage with Wendy was such a blessing. She’s naturally sweet, thoughtful, and truly attentive, which made the whole experience feel so comforting. The atmosphere Nicole created is peaceful and anchored in faith with gentle reminders of God’s presence throughout the space, bringing such a sense of calm the moment I walked in. I left feeling relaxed, renewed, and truly cared for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Went here for the 1st time for a 90 min deep tissue massage with Wendy. She did an amazing job, I will definitely be going back to see her!

Had many facials before, the first time felt so comfortable and relaxed with Kate! She’s amazing and knows exactly what she is doing, definitely will come back to have another facial and will tell others Kate! Thank you Cary massage for having her!
