I came in as a walk-in due to a sauna/massage combo at my usual being adjusted and they were able to take me in day of. The staff and owner were very incredibly kind, thorough, and sweet with explanation of amenities and services. Facility was incredibly clean, relaxing, and inviting. I did a 45-minute session at 145° in a very spacious booth and felt fantastic. Definitely will come back again.

Love the owners, all the staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Love the positive notes on the mirrors. Such a great experience. I am sleeping better, less stressed, my seasonal depression is more manageable since going consistently to Beem. Highly recommend!

I am 💯 percent obsessed with Beem! It has literally brightened my health and wellness . I use their infrared chromotherapy saunas 5-6 times a week as well their red light therapy beds several times weekly. Every single visit ,the staff ( my new besties ) has my room prepared for me according to my preferences stored in my file. The women who work here are so professional and kind. I truly love seeing them all. Beem is so clean. It has a luxury resort vibe. Truly though , the icing on the cake is all of the health and wellness benefits. The science is there and growing. Invest in yourself and try Beem.

Beem Light Sauna was an amazing experience. The staff was pleasant, inviting and knowledgeable about their business. The place was clean with a warm atmosphere. I became a member right after my first visit!!!! I would and will recommend them to everyone!!!!

I found this place by chance, thanks to an Instagram ad! I am a very active weight lifter / vocal instructor and I always loved using the dry sauna at my local gym for all the amazing health benefits. I had no idea infrared saunas existed until Beem. I LOVE how friendly the staff is and how they know you on a first name basis after just one visit. My body and skin feel so refreshed and happy after using the sauna here, and I've just recently began their red light therapy service as well. You also sweat SO MUCH MORE using infrared, vs a dry sauna as it heats up your cells internally vs the air around you. I will say, it is a little pricey, but worth every penny. They also off single drop in visits which is a nice alternative to the monthly membership if you are on a budget. 10/10 recommend Beem if you need some self care time, or simply just want to try something new that's great for you!

I highly recommend going and checking in them out! The red light sauna is amazing and has great health benefits! The building is beautiful, has plenty of stuff. Absolutely love my experience at Beem Light Sauna! From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and professional. The private suites are beautifully set up — super relaxing with soft lighting, music, and everything you need for a comfortable session. I tried the red light therapy and full-spectrum infrared sauna, and after just a few sessions, I noticed improvements in my skin and energy levels. Staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to explain the benefits of each light therapy and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
