I've been scheduling sessions with Sai at Rejuvenate Massage for a couple years now. Sai is amazing!! She has great technique, a lot of experience, and really puts effort into customizing her approach and identifying and working on all the problem areas. She is also very strong! Exactly what I've needed for my issues! Sai has really helped with relieving my back aches and keeping it under control. Previous places I tried couldn't bring me much relief. I'm very grateful, thank you Sai and Rejuvenate Massage!!

I have been seeing Kat at Rejuvenate Massage SF for a few months now to address recurrent tension headaches and I’m so grateful! Kat is a master at massage, and a great listener, both to my words and to my body. She is strong and yet never excessive, and pays close attention to my responses. Her knowledge of how the muscles groups connect and work together is superb and has taught me a lot about the way I hold stress. I feel safe and respected on the table and I always leave feeling relaxed and renewed. My headaches have reduced in frequency to almost zero. It is truly therapeutic. In addition, the office is beautifully decorated, comfortable, calm, and clean. I highly recommend a visit to Rejuvenate and Kat in particular.

This was the best massage I've had since going to costa rica. Really really good. I had the combination and my friend chose the full body. We both loved it. Wish they were in dallas. Lol

I've been going to Rejuvenate Spa monthly for the past few months and have always had an exceptional experience. I work at a computer most days and workout by lifting weights, so I generally need a upper shoulder and back massage to reduce the tension in those areas. Kat gives an amazing massage and I'm always much more relaxed after our session.

Will did an amazing job. Literally the best massage I have ever had. He took his time and really gently but firmly worked through every knot! 10/10!

Tried out Rejuvenate in July 2025, not long after a knee injury from biking, on the recommendation of a massage therapist at Presidio Sport & Medicine—who had attended to me after a serious shoulder injury in 2024. Have returned for a customized massage at Rejuvenate every two–three weeks, since. I like consistency and familiarity, so my sessions have only been with Maria C. the last three months, and she has been reliably good. Recommend!
