Total Solace Massage

Had a massage with Sasha, and they were fantastic! They were very friendly and approachable. The massage was really stellar -- great pressure, thorough, and got to everywhere that was troubling me. I felt like a new person coming out of that massage room, and would absolutely go again if I wasn't just just passing through town! One of the best massages I've had in a long long time, and will definitely return when I come back to Minneapolis.

Mischa provided a lovely hot stone massage while I was visiting from out of state. Her quality of touch was gentle yet effective. Her work shows that she's a smart and intuitive therapist. She worked through all the spots that needed attention; I appreciated the techniques she used to get into the tissue. I think she did a great job planning the session for my needs, and her intention was clear. I hope to visit Minneapolis again soon, and would love to have another session with her.

Both Mischa and Sasha are fantastic and highly recommended. Skilled and friendly and comfortable, just all around a great experience each time. We chose Total Solace bc of their mask requirement, bc we are both high risk & had been missing out on massages through most of the pandemic. We'll keep going back both bc of the masks AND bc they're absolutely top notch massage therapists.

I’ve had two appointments with Sasha and she is probably the sweetest and most kindest person I have ever met. She’s extremely professional and is insanely good at her job it’s definitely worth it to make a trip here no matter where you are, it’ll definitely be worth it.

She worked knots out in my back, so giving some credit. Pressure was either painfully harsh or couldn’t feel it. Blinds weren’t closed, so had to ask not to have room so bright. No music entire massage despite an iPod and speaker in room. No scents even with essential oils and diffuser on table. Bed wasn’t warmed despite a heating pad under it. Not sure why she didn’t provide me full experience. And she asked how much I wanted to tip so I couldn’t enter myself. Overall terrible experience and won’t be back.

This is my first time seeing a local business masseur, and I respond well to deep pressure which is usually an hour of pain. My tension was precisely and slowly relieved, while somehow providing deep relaxation. I was floating all the way home. Wish I'd booked longer and I will definitely be back! Thank you Mischa!

Sasha is just excellent! I’ve had hundreds of massages at different places throughout the years and I keep coming back to Total Solace because the massages here as good as you can get. Whether I’m looking to relax and fall asleep or if there are specific spots that need work following exercise, Sasha is always my go to person. Highly recommended.
