I've been going to Vedran for almost 10 years and highly recommend! He's a total professional and knows what he's doing. I originally went for massage therapy to deal with a car accident injury. He showed lots of concern, care and expertise with treating my unique pain and mobility issues. Since then, I've continued to go to him for maintenance of my tension and consult with him over new issues I've having. I've always needed a lot of firm pressure and he delivers. Vedran cares a lot about his clients and treats us like friends. He's fun and funny! Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new massage therapist!

I have been seeing Vedran for several years. He is a very thorough and skilled massage therapist and it’s easy to tell he cares about his clients. I leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and with new stretching tips to continue therapy at home. As a female I feel completely comfortable and respected. I highly recommend Peace is at Hand!

Vedran is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. Here's why: + The massage itself is a dream. Pressure is perfect. Very fluid, no jerkiness. Targeted towards problem areas if needed, or a nice relaxation massage if that's what you prefer. I've paid twice his rate at fancy spas and they don't come close to the quality of a massage from Vedran. + He is SO knowledgeable. I come in with a complaint about a specific area and he can either diagnose it before the massage starts, or once he starts working with the troublesome muscles. Often, he finds problem areas I didn't realize were there but are clearly related to the original problem. He provides exercises and stretches to do at home that help reduce pain and stiffness. + He is a true professional. I first came to see him 8 years ago using a groupon and as a female client I was nervous about seeing a male therapist, especially in a private office environment. He immediately put me at ease, he has calm energy and is all around a great human. + Over the years, I have referred him to all my friends and family, and at least 5 of them now see him regularly. That's how good he is. If you read this far, book that appointment. You will walk away relaxed and happy and will probably go home and write a review similar to this one.

Vedran is an amazing massage therapist. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my massage. He is professional and has the ability to know exactly what needs attention and the ability to remedy it.

Vedran is a great massage therapist with a very quirky sense of humor! He taught me a lot about the body and gave a lot of useful recommendations. I was very nervous about going to see a male massage therapist, but he is a very kind person and genuinely wants to help people feel better. 🙂 I have both Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome, unfortunately, so I deal with a lot of pain management. I no longer live in Minneapolis, but if I did, it would be nice to stop by his place a few times a month and get more help from him. I think when you have problems with the fascia, foam rolling and MFR balls work is something that you just have to do every day. Vedran is there to guide you and help you when you're too tired to do it for yourself, when you want a more comprehensive session, or when you want a treat. He is not a replacement for doing the work at home though! I really turned a corner when I started doing yoga (even if it's yin) and myofascial release (with MFR balls and foam roller) every day / every other day. I recommend doing the MFR work that Breathe and Flow lead on YouTube alongside the work you do with Vedran. Like any other medicine for ongoing illness, it's not a one and done affair, but rather a lifestyle change that's needed. Thanks for your all your help on my pain management journey, Vedran! As a massage therapist myself, I'm very picky at who I like to go to for my massages. I've found that Vedran is by far the best massage therapist I've ever known. He really knows what he's doing and really listens to his clients needs and addresses all of their concerns. He really cares about helping people feel better and live better lives by helping them live pain free.
