OMG! Amazing place, very friendly, professional and caters to one need. I started with 30 minutes shiatsu massage but Kevin’s it’s so good that when he started I knew! i had to request the hour long instead! You must try this, it will make you feel taller, renovated and happy! He is knowledgeable and his work is very much along Rolfing! My wife and I came in half an hour before closing and Dennis and Roger were able to accommodate us. We did a 30 minute massage. I wish we had come earlier and done an hour or more! They did a great job. I asked Dennis for more pressure and he was very kind and adjusted the pressure perfectly and checked on me to make sure it was perfect. We will definitely come back next time we are here! Decent pricing for the location. Great vibe, clean and professional! Thanks Dennis and Roger!

When I arrived, I made an appointment for 2 PM. The girl at the front desk told me I would receive a text confirmation, but I never did. When I came back for my appointment, they told me I wasn’t scheduled—fortunately, they were still able to take me in since the time slot was open. I was also told that if I had arrived just a few minutes later, my 2 PM appointment would have been given to someone else. While I was waiting, the guy at the front desk found the original slip the previous employee filled out, and I received the confirmation text immediately once he entered it into the system. The massage itself was great and really focused on the areas that needed work. I also got a foot scrub—while it felt nice, I’m not sure it was worth the extra $20. Overall, the place was very clean, and aside from the scheduling issue, the service was good.

I came in after a long flight with neck and shoulder pain and was planning on a full massage, but I noticed they carried one of my favorite skincare lines. Since I was short on time, I decided to do a 30-minute facial and a 30-minute massage instead. Unfortunately, the facial was disappointing, I honestly don’t think the woman was a licensed esthetician. She barely did any real skincare steps, and when I asked for more pressure on my neck massage, she said no because she "didn’t want to hurt me," which made no sense. For the massage, I told the front desk clearly that I only wanted my neck and shoulders worked on and no feet, but the therapist did a full-body massage anyway. I could even feel her nails scratching me at times, especially on my back and neck, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. They were friendly and said yes to everything I requested, but once I got into the room, none of those instructions were followed. Overall, the place seemed clean and the people were nice, but the services just didn’t match what I asked for. If you go, make sure you confirm exactly what you want with the therapist before your service starts.

Had a one hour a shiatsu massage with Saya. This place is located in the mall in Waikiki. Great walking on my back, she did an awesome job putting a lot of pressure and help me with my lower back! Vert clean facilities and comfortable tables. Great time, will be back!

An amazing place to get a massage on the Waikiki Strip located inside the International Market Place! I was feeling a lot of tightness in my shoulders and lower back from work and long travel. I saw this place and walked in asking if they had time for a 45 minute massage right before my dinner reservations and they had an opening. It was such a calm and relaxing environment right when I walked in. I loved the pressure and firmness that the massage therapist applied on my areas that I told her needed a little more attention. I can’t wait to come back next time and I’ll definitely book ahead as a welcome back treat!

I absolutely love this massage center. I visited in 2022 and returned in 2025. I selected Sayaka because of her expertise. I came from Maryland which is a 12 hour traveling day. Each year she relaxed me and took away my stiffness and aches. She’s awesome. I will definitely book again at this center and will request Sayaka when I return again.
