I thought I had also found the right doctor. Unfortunately Dr. Gay turned out to be a disappointment. His policies seem to change based on each patient or depending how he feels that day, or whether he likes you or not. He will be rude to you for no apparent reason and when confronted, he just claims "I'm not sure what you mean". He also gets very defensive if there is any type of miscommunication with office staff and just says " that doesn't happen here in my office". If you cannot communicate with your doctor where there is no transparency and is always on the defense when you voice your concerns about anything, Their time is all that matters and act like patients have no life outside their monthly appointments with his office. Instead of working with patients when issues may arise, they just seem to want to inconvenience them as much as possible, especially the office assistance Igor. He seems to make your personal business his business as much as he can. What a shame. Also, If clapped back, there's more to come. Definitely do your research and seek out other specialist.
I could not have asked for a finer Dr! Dr Gay was very professional, courteous, and a down to earth good man. I would highly recommend him along with his assistants (Eli and Mr Thomas) to anyone. I have been in their care for several years now, and my experience with them has been the best. Dr Gay and his staff are well deserving of recognition for the highest quality of care offered, and the recommendation they have been given by many of their patients.
Dr Gay is awesome!! He has helped me with my back and nerve pain for the past couple years. He is easy to talk to, he explains options, making sure I understand, and he cares about relieving my pain. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Gay to anyone experiencing back and nerve pain.
Amazing, the front desk staff were kind and pleasant. The nurse was funny and really listened to make sure he understood how I was feeling and what I needed help with. Dr.Gay was professional but explained everything in simple plain terms so I didn’t feel overwhelmed or confused. I was able to get treatment on my first visit and my pain went away and stayed gone almost immediately. If you want someone who will listen to you and give you the best treatment possible you couldn’t find a better place.
Dr. Gay and his staff are the utmost professionals in all they do. Dr. Gay isn't the kind of doctor that will just willy-nilly "give you a shot" and send you on your way--or settle on a series of shots. Dr. Gay assesses your entire situation and determines, together with you, the patient, the best course of action--each time you visit--to augment your primary care provider/surgeon's treatment plan. Professional, down-to-Earth, friendly, accommodating environment providing you with top-quality care--can't ask for more than that.
1/10/2018 Just want to say Thank you to Dr. Gay and his assistant for making me feel so comfortable during my procedure yesterday. Dr.Gay answers all my questions as does his awesome assistant. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Gay for well over a year and the services provided have always been excellent. Again Thank you
I was greeted with pleasant smiles and good morning.. The Nurses are so sweet, gentle, kind-hearted souls. Dr. Gay’s a smart, intelligent Dr. who explained everything to us until all is understood. He listens to what the patient has a pain with and works with finding the solution.. I’m very blessed to have found Dr. Gay and his Staff!
