My first time here. Nicole was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I have a frozen shoulder and my neck muscles are always tight, which causes me tension headaches. I started alternating physical therapy with massage therapy. My neck feels so much better. Nicole is wonderful. You do have to schedule in advance because she has a lot of clients. I would recommend this place.

This place was amazing! I went in hurting badly, nervous and stiff from a previous treatment by someone else and left able to move my neck again and feel my muscles relieved of whatever was blocking. Staff was kind, professional and pricing was extremely fair! Therapist clearly explained procedure and aftercare. Definitely worth 5+ Stars!

Not enough 'Stars' to say how great this place is. I love the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of the therapists. From helping streamline the billing for my insurance to ensuring my treatment is successful, this business knows how to make you a satisfied customer. They have treated not only me, but also my spouse and 2 of my children. After a serious ski accident, my son was treated and is back to keeping up with his friends. If it's a fine tuning or a serious injury, I would trust all the therapists at Advanced Body Solutions.

I used to be an athlete (many moons ago) and require some pretty serious maintenance now, particularly with minor 'mechanical' issues and muscle tightness etc. The amazing thing about ABS is the therapists ability to get to the heart of the problem, effectively and quickly, to understand, treat and resolve the issue. There's a great deal of diversity in treatment type, I know, I need a lot of work, but this is a place that has the ability to look after pretty much anybody, irrespective of the nature of the problem and treatment preference. I'm not someone that likes someone working on me that's not tuned into my body and problems, but this has never occurred here. They know exactly what they're doing, they understand every client is different and they treat you with professionalism and respect. I very rarely write reviews, but if you have an issue requiring bodywork, this is THE place to go!

Kim is a wealth of knowledge in several types of massage. She and the Advanced Body Solutions team are operating at a higher level offering a more in depth level of massage therapy. This is evidenced by the fact that they often are booked out for months.

As a writer, I spend way too much time sitting at my desk leaving me with lower back pain and tightness in my arms from typing. Additionally, after years of commuting to and from the valley, I get extremely uncomfortable sitting for the drive. The massage therapist could tell my problem areas immediately and was able to target those areas and give me relief. After the massage, unlike my normal uncomfortable drive home to the valley, I felt relaxed and zero pain in my back. Plus, it was the perfect way to relax and release stress the week before my wedding! I would highly recommend the talented team at Advanced Body Solutions!

Personal care for each patient, I love going here when my body feels beaten down, the therapists are always able to find an underlying issue and fix it. I love when they remember little things about me, making the experience a little more personal than any other clinic I've been to.
