Massage Studio St. Petersburg

The Massage Studio on 4th street in St. Pete was exceptionally clean and chic. The staff was friendly and accommodating . I had an unpleasant first experience with a masseuse who was scheduled to leave a couple of days after my appointment. However, the manager quickly rectified the situation and gave me a complimentary session. This time my masseuse Miriam was exceptional. Her ability to find and work out deep knots was exactly what I needed. Miriam's technique was relaxing and intuitive . I would highly recommend the Massage Studio.

My husband treated me to a gift card here for Christmas, so I finally decided to use it for a massage. The location is good, with a free parking lot adjacent to the building. The studio has a good feel to it as you walk in, and the people at the desk were friendly. My massage therapist was Bill. I chose the Therapeutic Massage -- a combination of Deep Tissue, Sports, and Neuromuscular therapies. Bill took me in on time, asked a few questions about whether I wanted massage cream or oil, firmness desired, and focus areas. The table was heated, and I was comfortable the entire time. It was a good massage, and I plan to return for another visit with Bill.

I haven’t had a massage in years and wanted to start my new year off with some self care. Everyone and everything about the studio was professional from beginning to the end. Sam was very thorough and hit all the main areas we discussed prior to the massage. I highly recommend filling the forms out prior to your appointment. Just to make sure you will have your full scheduled session. I’m definitely contemplating the membership. I really enjoyed it and self care is self love ❤️

I have now had 2 massages at the Massage Studio and I can’t recommend them enough! The studio is spacious and clean and the front desk staff are competent and lovely. Joe is truly an outstanding massage therapist! I arrived with a back spasm and Joe worked deeply and with compassion and skill. He is extremely talented and I highly recommend him!

I was a therapist myself for a long time. I find it difficult to find high quality massage no matter where I am. This sessions was such a surprisingly positive experience. Not only was Bill technically very well trained and executed the session really well, the entire place is carefully curated to give a top notch experience. Small details like: - Ending the session with water and a hot towel waiting for you. -Allowing you to choose the music you prefer. -Allowing you to select massage modality like NMT which is not commonly offered. Loved my experience and I’m excited to return.

First time there in November, I was lucky enough to get Miriam immediately after the massage I became a member to put Miriam’s massages on a scale to one to 10 she’s A 20. I went with somebody else just to see what it would be like it was horrible. I got spoiled by Miriam. I hope you guys give her a raise and I will always book with her first. Now I get a therapeutic massage every 10 days It changed my life. Well, maybe my bodies muscular-movements In life thank you massage studio.

Great spot if you want a relaxing massage and enjoy supporting new therapists who are just starting their careers. The massages are gentle, similar to a Swedish style, so it’s perfect if you’re looking to de-stress or simply unwind but not if you are looking for medical massage or deep reparative work. Everyone was kind and professional, and you can really feel the care they’re putting into learning and growing in their craft. Scheduling is easy, intake form is simple and takes just a few minutes. Layout of this space is extremely functional. The treatment rooms are kind of tight but the vibe is calm. They offer essential oils. My therapist was extremely informative, consent based, checked in at a respectful pace. The only thing I didn't like was she detached from me 25 times during the massage. Yes, I counted them. I will make sure to ask for a therapist that maintains connection to the client the entire time for a full hands on hour. [Except when appropriate like getting a hot towel for the feet] I couldn't give her direct feedback after the massage as she disappeared and I walked myself out of the room back to the front desk. I noticed they have an outdoor seating area and they dont rush you out. I did appreciate that.
