I just had the worst massage of my life at Resolution today. I used to go to resolution years ago when they were located on west wash and it was always a great and reasonably priced massage, I know that it isn’t most most luxurious space. I should have known something was weird when they asked me to pay and add gratuity before the service even happened. The Employee break room was in the middle of the suite which made the walk to the room a little awkward. The room I was in was uncomfortable and freezing. The sheets were scratchy, the bed was creaky, and not heated. My massage therapist was extremely light to the touch. I’ve had a more thorough massage from pedicure chair, honestly. I requested more pressure and there was very minimal change. While working on my back she balanced the oil bottle on my butt crack so every time she reached for more oil she was tapping on my crack. The entire experience was embarrassing and I was shivering and counting down the minutes until it was done. Years ago I would have recommended Resolution but after today’s experience I would not.

I've seen Andrea for years now and she's the best massage therapist I could ever recommend. She has helped me immensely with jaw pain, stress and tension in my neck and shoulders, and general well-being. She's personable, respectful, and incredible at what she does!

Andrea is the most knowledgeable and comprehensive massage therapist that I have ever encountered (I have had 100's of massages with dozens of different people). To call her a massage therapist is an understatement and I would consider it a waste of her talents to just visit her for an ordinary deep tissue massage. She has fixed numb fingers, extreme tendonitis and ribs that have gone out of place. She is currently working on a leg injury and I would trust no one else but her to help me heal.

I had a massage this afternoon with Leah, who I believe is fairly new to the practice. She did a great job! I thought she was very thorough and addressed the areas I suggested. I'm a recreational athlete who unfortunately neglects frequent stretching, so I deal with tight hips and soreness regularly. I've already booked another appointment with her next month!

Any nervousness I had about having a male masseuse for the first time was immediately washed away. Joel was the perfect gentleman, extremely communicative, and made me feel comfortable immediately. He gave me possibly the best massage I have ever had and gave me more range of motion in my neck! I will definitely be back in the future! I would personally recommend you leave yourself in Joel’s (very strong) and capable hands.
