The absolute worst service!!! The technicians complain that their hands hurt and barely put any pressure to your massage. They talk bad about you, but as soon as it’s all over start to be extra kind for a tip. The online prices they present are $5 less than what they tell you in-person so expect a higher rate once you get there. All in all, waste of money. Don’t go here unless you want bare minimum service that’s priced incorrectly. That’s why the rates are cheap here, cheap service.
I am going for last 10 years and staff is very friendly and provide good service. I do with people who are working there since i started going there.
Relaxing place, clean and comfortable. Professional massage, helped my lower back a lot. Recommend!
I understand the negative reviews. While I was happy with the massage I asked for the $40 back feet combo and even pointed to it on the board, but she did the $60 combo instead and on top of charging for the $60 demanded a tip afterwards and refused to give change. Seems like they could do much better business if they didn't rip off their customers.
The worst place ever . We had 5 ppl went in for massages and we paid over $225 and left more than 20% tips but the woman who ran the front desk insisted us to tip more . I left $50 for tips and she said it s not enough ! Excuse me I ll tip whatever I fell like it , you don’t demand how much customers should tips ! This place is a rip off .
The most unprofessional place ever. They talk so much and keep walking in and out and stopping like I’m not even there. The receptionist even came in and started telling a story where they start yelling across the room. There was a dog roaming around even in my room. They laugh like its normal but in a place where someone is supposed to go to relaxed an unsanitary dog in your face is just ridiculous. The person that massaged my friend was Lilly and she has a terrible attitude. Give her a $10 tip and she gives me such a nasty face. DO NOT GO HERE. Came to have a good time and I usually let things go but this was not it.
