Perfect Foot Massage

I’ve been here several times and have even brought friends with me because the massages are usually good for the price. However, during my most recent visit, something felt off. My friend and I both booked 90-minute massages ($90 each) and tipped $15 each, which is reasonable and consistent with what I’ve tipped here before. When we were checking out, my masseuse came out and pointed to their tipping chart, telling me the tip should be $20. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since tipping is voluntary and we had already tipped well. The massage itself was good, but the pressure to increase the tip at checkout left a bad impression. Not sure if this is new policy or individual behavior, but it definitely affects the experience.

1st & last time here!!! So unfortunate to have to rate this place based on the attitude of the therapists reaction to their gratuity as opposed to the massage. I did enjoy my massage however, instead of my therapist being appreciative of the 20% gratuity, he was extremely disappointed & wanted more. He shook his head in anger & asked more again. When I told him that I didn’t have anymore cash, he got quite upset. Sure didn’t leave me feeling relaxed after. The other reviewers here were spot on! Many other locations that would appreciate a good customer. Definitely pass on this place & go elsewhere!

Perfect Foot Massage blew me away. This was my first massage ever, and I came in with nagging back pain that had been bothering me for two weeks. Kevin (aka "Magic Hands") focused on my lower back with exactly the right pressure and technique. I stood up feeling lighter with instant relief. The whole place is spotless, friendly, and professional. I wish I’d gone a week sooner. If you’re a first‑timer or dealing with a recent back flare‑up like mine, ask for Kevin if he’s available—he’s the real deal. My wife is a regular here and he’s her favorite too, and now I see why. They’re sitting around 4.5 stars, but they earned a full 5 from me. If you had a great experience, leave them a review—happy customers should speak up, not just the upset ones. Huge thanks to Kevin—"Magic Hands" lived up to the name. I’ll be back soon.

Was asked to tip first since I was paying by card. Agreed and offered 16% tip since it was my first time. Card reader didnt work so we tried again and the clerk entered in a $35 tip or close to it. I caught it refused then she had a back and forth with me about what a proper tip was for a masseuse and pointed to a sign with tipping etiquette instructions. I walked out in frustration. My foot and leg were in pain because of surgery I had and I was very disappointed. This is no way to treat a first time customer.

Pretty good massage. However, I Will not return. I Tipped 20% and was literally Chased out the door for more money?! Since when was a tip even required anyway…it is meant to show appreciation, which I graciously did. Left a very sour taste in my mouth and will be looking for another place.

Been here several times over 3 years- very nice staff and affordable prices for foot massage/ combo. They also just do a great job!

Very clean place. Great price. I got a 90 mins combo massage from Amy in private room & my hubby got 90 mins foot massage from YoYo. They are both excellent. See pics for price.
