This is the place to go! I've had problems with my knee for over 30 years do to an injury. Trying to delay surgery, I talked to Dr. Padgett and he recommended their cold laser therapy. I was skeptical to say the least. I agreed to the 12 sessions in July, I'm so glad I did! Now I have a maintenance treatment once a month and I'm happily pain free! I went from struggling to go up three steps to walking over 2 miles with my grandbabies. I can't recommend them enough! Everyone is amazing to work with, you'll be glad you gave them a chance.

I absolutely love this place! Never had I been to a chiropractor, but my primary care doc at the VA suggested it for my back pain. I've had several adjustments as well as massage therapy and I'm mad I never took advantage of it before. My fears about going are gone and I highly recommend Dr. Padgett!

Dr Messerschmitt is the best chiropractor I have visited. I have gone to a dozen different ones over the years and he is by far the best. They have massage therapy as well and my experience so far has been very positive. They are quick and efficient and have quite a few providers to choose from. Highly recommended!

I HAD so much back pain. I thought my Iife would never be the same. But then I walked into the office of Houk Chiropractic and Medical Massage@ Northpointe and asked them to check my insurance, as I thought it covered about 12 chiropractic visits. I was scheduled the next day. I had never received chiropractic services-so I was a bit nervous. Dr Messerschmitt was caring/professional/and reassuring. That was 7 weeks ago and now I have my life back. I'm certain I can handle a flight to travel tomorrow to NY. (And I'm hoping to keep on healing so I can be back to my bowling league in October). I will check in with their office when I return in 3 weeks to see if I need any further treatments. Not sure insurance will cover any further, as I am functioning so well now. But I may try one of their other services, on my own dime, for medical massage. P.S.= The office staff is so friendly, considerate, polite, professional, cheerful, willing to take "time" for questions (and just chatting). Started the laser treatment 3 weeks ago for neuropathy in my foot. After 5 treatments I can certainly tell a difference. I am gaining feeling in that foot after it’s been numb for several years.

This is one of the best chiropractor offices that I've been to in the last 15+ years. I like working with the same doctor and normally see Dr Padgett, but the other doctors I've seen there are just as competent and caring. The support staff here is also stellar. By the 2nd or 3rd time I came they greeted me by name and they're all very kind. I highly recommend Houk. Forgot to mention, there are 2 locations. One on Monroe, the other on Nevada. I go to the Nevada location.
