Just finished my first workout here. The staff are very friendly and the fridge is well stocked with cold drinks. And if any member of management reads this, please please please keep up with the cleanliness! This is one of the cleanest and most organized gyms I've ever been in. The number one reason I stopped going to the MÜV Fitness on Holland Ave was the level of filth in the men's showers and locker rooms and the general state of disorder and grime on the gym floor. My only complaint is that this gym could use more free weights (squat racks, bench, deadlift station) and maybe some heavier kettlebells, but otherwise it's well equipped.

My partner and I have been regular visitors to this gym for about a year now. We appreciate its proximity to our home and enjoy the company of most of the other patrons. However, there are occasional challenges. Some individuals tend to occupy multiple machines at the same time, reserving equipment by leaving dirty rags, bottles, or articles of clothing behind. At times, one person will use more than three machines for up to 30 minutes, which is quite frustrating. Another concern I have is with the staff. Whenever I visit, the employees, including the managers, are often seen huddled together with their faces buried in their phones. They may look up occasionally, but they quickly avert their gazes without acknowledging your presence—no greetings, nods, or even a smile. This was the only place where I’ve provided payment information without ever looking the associate in the eye. There is one exception, and that’s Dawn. She is always cheerful, helpful, and makes an effort to greet patrons and ensure that their workouts are going well. I know this standoffishness isn’t typical for all Planet Fitness locations, as I occasionally visit the one in the valley, where the staff is fantastic. There, you are always greeted upon arrival and leave with a friendly "Thanks for coming in! Have a great day!"

A lot of variety of machines, dumbells, cardio machines, circuits or for supersets. You can sign up for personal training classes. No free standing bench or punching bag which would be a nice add. They have massage chairs, tanning booths, lockers, showers just about everythere. No pool or steam room but overall its an awesome environment for people to get their workout on i give it a big thumbs up.

I was so excited to get back to planet fitness. I was really disappointed when I arrived at this location/site. The equipment could use updating and they removed the yellow room for the 30 minute full body workout. This location is different than other planet fitness gyms. To get an actual planet fitness experience I recommend the valley location.

Great place to go open 24/7, multiple locations and a great environment to work out in you feel comfortable in your skin and everybody just knows you're improving. Can't wait to have my before and after pic! The people that work there are very friendly and so are the guests it's a very well clean, kept up well maintained. Place to go.

Decent Gym, but recently there's been an employee, older woman with blonde hair, that harrasses me everytime I visit, I don't know her name because she is never wearing a nametag. Continuously calls me and my partner "Girls" regardless of being corrected. If you are trans, then this gym is not the place for you.

UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. Signed in for blackcard spa service (massage chair), Waited over 5 min at the counter, no help. Found seemingly the only employee working. Asked for help. They gladly stopped mopping and came to the front desk. Helped other person to other blackcard spa service. Came to help me, found massage chair number missing. Went to get it. Found it and what seemed to be a bad aroma, followed up with spraying air freshener. Gave me the number to the massage chair with the recommendation to probably clean the chair thoroughly before using it. I did spray it down. But did not use it. This was no longer a relaxation, this was now a time filled with questioning of hygiene. While I can't blame the employee who DID Help. Overall experience was a pretty big miss. Where were the other. . . 2. . . 3 customer facing employees? A courtesy like, "Let me wipe that down and let that area air out, then if you'd like to use it we can feel better using it." Or even "Let's let that air out, would you like to use another massage machine instead?" Would have gone far.
