Been getting reflexology massages over the years and by chance chose this location a a convenient spot and the type of massage fit what I was looking for. Have had several surgeries for cancer and the reflexology really helps with my overall health. The staff is exceptionally well trained and very courteous as well. Have been there several times and was well treated and felt very rejuvenated after wards. I highly recommend them and will be referring clients as time goes by. Keep up the good work!

I visited San Diego Massage & Spa recently for a one-hour full body massage. Although a bit small compared to other massage places I've gone to, the room still had a nice ambiance and my masseuse Ella was very friendly. I'm in the construction business and desperately needed a massage due to a long day of work. I usually request a deep tissue and Ella did not disappoint. She definitely knew what she was doing. Based on her technique, it seems like she's had proper training. Overall, I was extremely pleased and will definitely consider going back.

I literally just got back to my house about 20 minutes ago and I didn't realize that there was a shop. I thought it was closed down because you know they block out the windows what's a standard practice for massage parlors. And when I went in to the lobby pretty quiet and low-key, the lady took me to my room and I had got a 90-minute massage for 65 bucks and it was worth every penny. There's no fancy amenities like some stupid young living infuser pumping the room full of lavender water vapor. It's just a decent quality massage at a decent price for your working man / woman. As an athlete my muscles get tight and tense so I have to get frequent massages right before I compete. And they are definitely getting my money even though I feel so bad for the lady. Working on someone of average build is a lot easier than someone who is mostly tensed up muscle. However the only downside and not real it down side it's just a reality. They have thick accent so you don't quite understand what they're asking. I just say yes to every question and hope for the best. Unfortunately nothing sketchy happen which made me a little sad. Of course I'm joking it was very professional.

Visited recently. Nice clean area. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Comfortable table, good size. Received massage from Ella. Strong hands, great technique, full hour. Very pleasant lady. I will return.

Welcoming and incredibly professional. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. They adjust the pressure for the massage to make sure it is just right for you. She was so incredibly kind, this place restored my faith in massage places after a previously painful experience at one years ago. Amazing place and I will certainly return!

Love coming here! Both women are incredibly skilled in various techniques, especially reflexology. I think their prices are phenomenal. I get the 90 min for $65 & the massage definitely compares to a $140 you'd get at a spa. They always make me feel brand new again. No matter how big of knots I come in with. Can't wait to be back!

Absolutely an amazing massage and so gentle but rough on those knots and stress points. Totally recommend all to have a days with this place for all you massage needs. Lovely masseuse and environment
