Relax Station

I brought my father in law here for a Swedish massage and he loved it. I also got a foot massage and it was relaxing. It is affordable and you get what you pay for. Will definitely come back again for more. I highly recommend this place.

I came on separate occasions for a chair massage. The first time I was massaged in a way that caused my vision to go dark for 5ish minutes. I’m guessing it was way too much pressure near my upper neck/back. The second time I also got a chair massage and had a migraine for over 24 hours. I’m so sore and in pain that I cannot recommend this place any longer. I don’t think they are trained properly on chair massage techniques. Both massages were performed by different employees.

DO NOT DO THIS: I bought a Groupon some time ago and I wanted to redeem it, however it was expired. DO NOT DO THIS (let your Groupons expire). Some vendors don’t allow you to recoup your expired Groupons, however Amy, the manager, was extremely nice and allowed me to redeem it. I gave the expired Groupon to a relative, and she said it was on of the best massage she has received. Her massage therapist was Leo (from the Bruce.ville) location. Will recommend to people for the exception customer service and the massage service itself. 👍🏽

I went in for the scalp combo. Most of it was fine until she turned some part of the equipment on and it smelled like something was burning, I mentioned it and the tech didn’t seem to think it was a big deal, but the smell faded away. Then she turned on the steam on there must have been something askew with the set up because it was pretty hot on the right side of my neck. I said something is burning my neck. It was burning my neck. She turned it off. Said that maybe I have sensitive skin. I’ve been under steamers before, pretty sure that ain’t the case. The lady who did the service was nice enough. I paid for my service but did not leave a tip because of that. Then the check out lady asked out loud in front of a room full of people if I wanted to leave a tip. Which was embarrassing on top of getting burned by the steam. I didn’t get a blister or anything but it wasn’t pleasant. It was painful. Honestly, they should examine their equipment. I’ve been there before for massages and they were fine.

They provide good deep tissue massage and foot massage at a reasonable price. Definitely worth the money!

Had a couple massage booked. This place does not have good customer service no one could figure out who was booked for us and then when receptionist comes in and tells me she only has 1 message scheduled needless to say to say they lost business on a monthly basis and I will give my business to someone else

I had a massage here for the first time and would be my last. First, the reception area was nice and the inside was nice. When started talking to the lady at the front, her approach seems unwelcoming and so I was uncomfortable. The lady asked for the payment in advance asking for the tip right away on the credit card machine screen. I was like "oh!" Well, I gave 22% tip, but for some reason the lady at the front was not happy of my top. I noticed she gave the cash to the masseuse which was the tip amount I gave. I felt very uncomfortable even more. The masseuse took me in and asked me to lay down. While I was lying I heard the 2 employees talking in their language, but i understood what they said...the asked "how much did she tip? I heard her say the amount and seemed that they were not that happy. Oh my gosh! At that moment, I decided I am not going back. The massage was not good as well that I expected to get. Anyway, I am not coming. The lady at the front is not friendly at all.
