Lyra Spa Massage

recently visited Lyra Spa and it was fantastic. The staff were really professional and my therapist, Laing and Li , was excellent. I tried their deep tissue massage and they really focused on the areas I needed work on. I loved that they had a sheet where you could highlight problem spots made everything so much easier. The Guasha therapy was also great, both on my face and body. I'm really happy with the results! Highly recommended

Nancy did an excellent deep tissue massage. Better relief than Abhyanga massage. I appreciate the professional consultation at the start to ensure my problem areas were prioritized. Clean rooms with spa music. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had a better massage in my entire life. I last-minute booked this appointment because of how bad my neck and back tension was and had a terrible headache that had been going on for days and I feel like a different person walking out my back is so loose and she did an absolutely amazing job. It was Coco who was my massage girl. The prices were really good and It was the most relaxing and best experience ever. Definitely gonna be coming back here. 100000/10 recommend

I have been going here regularly for about a year and it has been consistently great. The massages really help with both relaxation and pain relief. They understand where the pain points are and focus on them. All the massage therapists are great, especially Liang. Plenty of parking and a super convenient location right near downtown Sunnyvale. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our experience at Lyra Spa Massage! Our full body massage was very soothing and relaxing! They let you specify what areas you would like to avoid or focus on and they also check in through out the massage to make sure the pressure is okay. They offer a variety of add ons to suit your needs. Highly recommend adding hot stones! They helped warm your muscles and it felt amazing! Booking appointments online is also easy and convenient. Their facility was very clean and spacious. Additionally, I feel like their prices are really great compared to other places in the area.

Had a relaxing and excellent first experience. The attention to detail with the body maps helped me point areas I wanted to be worked on while minimizing talking during the session. An hour felt like more than an hour thanks to their thoroughness. We ended the session with a nice cup of tea and I plan on returning.
