Aby's Rapid City

"I wish I had more hands so I can give this venue / bar four thumbs up! " I love everything about this place! The setting, The vibes, The employees, the atmosphere! The food was phenomenal! I had the pork street tacos! And my friend had the pork sliders! They were absolutely to die for! Great chef! The dubstep/ DJs were/are/ will always be the best part of Abys! They always have some type of event going on every weekend. THIS IS A MUST STOP BUILDING! ❤️❤️ So much talent in Rapid City.

Unique bar, music venue, and community space with friendly staff and locals. Mike the bartender / operator made this out-of-towner feel right at home when I stopped in late on a Wednesday evening. It was great to learn the history of Aby’s and South Dakota lore. He even gave me a tour of the grain mill, which was super cool. Overall, one of the most chill bars I’ve been to and I will definitely be stopping in next time I am in the area. If I lived locally I would definitely be a regular between the nice vibe and regular events (karaoke, trivia, open mic, etc.)

Great staff, amazing communities. I say communities because there are so many niche groups that host events at Abys. If you're looking for actual live music and not just top 50's auto played off Spotify or song request machines, this is the only venue in Rapid I'm aware of that actually does that on a consistent basis. It's always a good time, and every day's a different vibe.

Awesome spot to hang out with chill relaxing vibes and a green friendly crowd makes this a must stop. On most g Wednesdays there is a stoner bingo which is Def a must for n e one in the area that is green friendly

Sunday brunch with Swinging Hill Jazz Quartet. Epic food from 11:15 - 2PM Highly recommend the bottomless mimosa, egg Benedict slap!!! Get here. Eat, Dance, & Chill

What an amazing place!! Easy to find and good parking. And I was just blown away when I walked in. Beautifully setup and a great layout. I got there just before close on a Sunday. But Akishi, Katy, and Dexter were fun and easy to talk to. And they are all so proud of what they built here. Food was great. Best sausage and biscuits ever. They do live music for Sunday brunch and then on Wed to Sat nights. Cool place. I will be back!!!

It was a nice chill evening. 1st time stoppin in. Met some real cool people and they had music in the back alley. I enjoyed this stop and had some good laughs. Go che k it out when you're in town or just passing through.
