Game X Change

Maddy and Ashton are asset employees to game x change. These two deserve some recognition, and a raise. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and super chill. We will NEVER go anywhere else, game x change earned some loyal customers forever today. We will spread the word to friends and family to go see Maddy and Ashton!!! Thank y’all SO MUCH!

Most of the employees are extremely nice and always great deals there but there’s one girl who always seems to have an attitude but other than that this location is pretty good !

Planning to go there again, bought many items for my first time there. The place has a plethora of things for a specific variety of customers, from mangas to games and movies, posters, cards, also vinyls and best of all, old classic gaming systems so you can relive your nostalgic childhood! They have deals like buy one get one free on certain things, so make sure to ask before you buy! Like their Facebook in person and they'll give you a 10% discount on your purchase! Like other stores, you can sell them your items you have collecting dust at home. (Computer games and Music CDs not accepted) So go buy a Bob Ross energy drink at their store and enjoy the day.

Very poor customer service, has no product knowledge, they only do instore credit. if you buy something they recommend, and take it home and it’s not compatible have fun getting a replacement with instore credit because they don’t provide much of anything

Always have whatever I'm looking for. If they don't have it, they'll find it. I love going there for my gaming.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Remember.... anything you purchase there can only be returned for a store credit. Vast selection of items.

Its a great store with so many options. We loved going in, looking around, the gaming systems they sell are good prices too! My only reason for a 3 star rating is that they gave me the wrong game when I went. I live in Houston and can't go back within the 90 day warranty to fix the mistake.
