Spencer's

(02/10/2026) The moment my wife and I walked into the store we instantly noticed, the manager gave us a very dirty look. I was looking for a specific type of clothing that I was looking for in my size. The cashier was very happy to assist me even when he couldn't find what we were looking for on the store floor he was looking in the systems and checking the back. He was able to find what we were looking for in the system. There were two of the hoodies, one in my size. Before he could even check the very disrespectful and homley woman who was the manager cut him off and told him not to bother. That she does inventory and she knows it's not there. I said okay and continued to shop to again have her staring at me, and my wife when she crossed her path. I decided to leave and not purchase anything. I have been a customer for over 10 years. This was a very strange situation as Spencer's has always been pretty good to me. I do not recommend this particular location.

Employees were rude and disrespectful tonight, which is really sad because we are here typically and have seen nothing but kindness and great products before. We asked to have an item removed from our reciept, and the woman behind the counter gave us the stink eye and asked "did you not check the price?" We did, and had done the math for how much it would come out to, but had failed to account for tax. The additude we recieved seemed unfair for paying customers who had been nothing but cordial until after she spoke.

There's some pretty funny things here, and some stuff probably born the the depths of 4chan itself lol

Its a Spencer's. I liked it when I was a teenager. Now it really hits me how overpriced and poor quality alot of what's there is. A perfectly fine alternative corporate novelty store. It's most useful for body jewelry

I walked in the store, went to pick up a graphic tee and some worker asked me how old I was, I stated that I was 15 then said to me, and I quote "I don't want kids in my store" and kicked me out for no reason as I was getting ready to buy a graphic tee. I go here all the time and buy t-shirts, this was just unbelievable honestly.

Shanta went above and beyond for me yesterday. Her warm friendly energy is very welcoming, and willingness to satisfy all the customers coming in is phenomenal. Spencer’s is lucky to have her as an employee and manager. I was looking for earring for a special occasion and I couldn’t find quite what Ineas looking for she helped me search went to the back of the store and came out with the perfect set! She could have said this is all we have I’m sorry but the extra effort is what really drove me to leave this review! Kudos to you Shanta, keep up the excellence!

Awesome store with so much fun stuff. Biggest pro is the staff. Had a cashier today that was just really friendly and she even conversed a little with me about what I was buying. That might not seem like much but it definitely matters. Not sure what I will go back for but I’ll still be going back.
