We usually have a good experience there. However last time we were there the credit card machine stopped working and even though it showed processed on our end, they had us pay a second time and ensured the charge would drop. It did not. I returned and spoke to the manager and they told me that they had to take this to customer service dept and that they would reach out. Well this was a month ago. The charge is still there and I have no had one call from the store regarding this issue. We had to call our bank and disputed the charge but as you all know, these things take time. Be cautious with this store of them double charging you and not caring enough about you as a customer to fix the issue. If you’re reading this hustler.. please reach out about this issue as I am still waiting. Thank you

Was nervous going in but everyone was super welcoming and helpful. Large selection to choose from and the employees answered all my questions and more. Thank yall

This is my go to store for lingerie and toys. I went in their tonight to buy a pair of boots i saw a few days ago. Lucky for me they had them. I was going to buy a corset and the sales girl was looking for different corsets for me to try on. Sadly none fit my preference, but i really appreciate the sales girl. Thank you for the dedicated service to your customers. And thank you to all the sales girls for making this a welcoming place to shop.

The staff are nice, and the products are good quality but a little expensive. My biggest issue is they never have anything new toy and BDSM wise, but their clothes seem to be on rotation, unfortunately all of those clothes like most local stores is majority XS, S and M, finding larger or anything bigger is pure luck, I could go in when they have a brand new shipment and there is no plus size clothing what so ever, except for the itchy and boring body sleeves.

Roll back camera from June 1 8:30pm to 8:43pm and see how your employees treat paying customers. Pretty sad and racist to follow us the whole time while we couldn't even browse the store in peace. Sales are probably down due to this discomfort.

Great atmosphere and plenty of selections. It was a bit uncomfortable having an employee literally follow us around while me and my partner were trying to shop. Commenting and putting himself in our private conversations. We ended up leaving without a purchase.

The overall experience was fun and fantastic!! The lingerie selection was a bit limited when it came to different selections and plus sizes. The toy section was great!! Lots of fun things! The sales associates were amazing!! They made everything fun!! Even though the police showed up because they had people Walk out with merchandise. I felt really sad for the sales associates. No one should have to be put in that situation!!
