Awesome experience! The salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable. They have a great selection of products, and… their stickers are seriously cool. You can tell they put a lot of thought into both the vibe and the customer experience. Definitely coming back!

I come by Self Serve at least once a month & I love that they provide free masks for guests shopping and to take home! They carry all the body-safe brands I could ever want, the staff is highly educated & friendly (never pushy/creepy). The classes they offer are such an awesome asset to.the community. My partner & I both 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone, but especially other queer folks. It's nice to have such a safe & affirming space here in town.

Long time fan of this place but I found the mandatory collection of legal names to create a profile you cannot opt out of if you use a card to be a bit invasive. It's also fairly antithetical to this establishments pro trans virtue signalling. I shouldn't have to watch someone type my dead name out just to buy a pair of tucking panties.

This is the best store in ABQ hands down. The staff is so kind and friendly and attentive, I appreciate how masks are mandatory to keep our community safe. Every time I come in I’m welcomed warmly and feel right at home. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products they have and I love that they host classes and workshops as well! Self serve is the best!

Self serve is one of my favorite places in the whole world. The selection is incredible, the staff and ownership are amazing, the experience is safe, comfortable, relaxed and welcoming. If you’re going to buy a sex toy, lingerie, or anything else even adjacent to your sex life, but it here!!

I'm so happy places like this exist. Self Serve is a warm, inviting, inclusive space full of toys, gifts, and general body wellness. I especially loved their extensive collection of educational books and full size spectrum of lingerie, up to 6X. The staff is incredible kind and helpful. Perfect for small gifts as well. Highly recommend!
