Exotic Dreams Lingerie & Gifts

I have been coming here for years and have spent hundreds of dollars but never will again. Trying on heels and a pair got stuck on my feet by the strap/clasp, not the shoe itself, and as the customer service person tried again and again to pry them off, my ankle started to hurt badly from all the pulling and pressure. I asked them if I put them too tight and they said no, it was the shoe strap not me. Then after a few minutes of trying with no success to free my foot and relieve my pain, they went to get a tool to try and pry them off but I finally got the strap to come free from my foot but a small white piece came loose. Photos for reference. I was told either buy the 70$ shoes or be banned for life. WOW. Never again will I shop there. I was prepared to drop $400 tonight! I bought the shoes because that’s the kind of person I am and who wants to be banned anywhere?? The rep said if they had done it, then it was on them it would be one thing but I was doing literally what they were and was in pain and was told it wasn’t me it was the shoe and after it broke they admitted they agreed with me but the manager said so it’s a family owned business. I have a large following on certain websites that lots of locals follow - this is not a good look. So my friends will not be coming back to your family owned business ever again.

Store is clean and they have quite a variety of different products. I met Sally and she was very friendly & helpful! Also, the location is convenient.

SALLY IS INCREDIBLE- SUPER HELPFUL, MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE & EXCITED. THIS SHOP IS PHENOMENAL. ALL THE TOYS, GORGEOUS LINGERIE, GREAT VIBE…. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN TO STOCK UP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING OUT.

Not the greatest at explaining to ppl that once you buy it you own it even if it's a gift n they try to return because it's the wrong size,last time ill be going there to get anything. Not to mention it was a $70 that now does fit or can be used thank for nothing

Came into exotic dreams just looking to try something different for myself , when I walked in I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Zander was able to help me find what I was looking for and was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend stopping in ! Thank you Zander for making me feel confident in myself !

I’ve stopped in here twice after being nervous to for a long time and I so wish I would have done so sooner. It’s a very clean store and they have a decent selection of lingerie ranging from sweet/elegant—cutesy—fantasy—trashy (I mean that in the best way) and a decent plus sized selection. Both of the staff members I encountered were super welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be returning! Today Zander helped me and they were an absolute delight, unfortunately I didn’t catch the other woman’s name that helped me previously. So grateful to have a local lingerie store with grate range as far as price and variety goes.

Really good experience. Very helpful and a pleasure to have assist with making our purchases. They know their product and made sure I walked out with the perfect fit for my corsets. Worth the 45 minute drive!! Definitely will be back.
