Showed up at this location because they said that they were open until 10 PM. Showed up with a few minutes until 10 as the worker was walking out of the establishment and locking up. I told them that I would not have drove this far if I would’ve known that they were closing before hours that are posted. He proceeded to argue with me and told me that it was 10 and it was clearly not 10 PM. This business should adjust our hours if the workers are not staying until the times posted. Visited this location on October 11 at 9:57 PM.

Ok first off I don’t do many of these so when I do it’s for a variety of reasons. Well , it is my birthday and so I figured I’d make my way down to the adult store to grab acouple things that I usually do for the past 2 years. They didn’t have either! So naturally I was annoyed but a new staff member is never seen before I believe her name was Charlene (not sure I spelled that right) absolutely went above and beyond to try and accommodate me and my situation. She did a fantastic job and she is such a joyful free spirited human.! Doesn’t hurt that she’s extremely easy on the eyes. That’s besides the point as a former business owner it’s people like her that you want as the face representing your business. She really did go out of her way I’m a genuine helpful way and I ended up getting some alternative items that will due. Just thought I’d give her, her 🌺 flowers. She deserves em! Thanks a bunch.

the store actually DOES accept returns. FOR TOYS ONLY. it could be a manufacturing issue THEY UNDERSTAND.and have sign posted by the registrar. keep your receipts bring back within 2 weeks of purchase, in good condition. the store will attempt to charge or apply new batteries. if it doesn't work they will give you store credit. and they offer a punch card for every purchase and on the 7th purchase its 10% off

Doesn’t work!! No refund No Exchange policy. Terrible Selection and extremely limited and overly priced, purchased my first jack rabbit calexotics dildo vibrator and only the rabbit head works. No rotation and power force is very light. No exchange no refund policy. Terrible store! I’d rather go to LA pleasure chest!!

I was under the impression that this place would be larger than it was because they call themselves"a mega outlet." It's not mega at all. The service was not good, the place is extremely small and the selection Of what they carry is limited. Not much to choose from and the toys are outdated. I won't be back.

I like this place because it's quiet, out of the way, has a good selection if you're looking for a lot attention while shopping then this is not the place for you, the sales staff leaves you alone until you need assistance. My husband and I go in there maybe once a month and we love the place!

The outside isnt much to look at but inside has a good selection that tries to cover all the bases. Some stuff I've gotten online somewhere else only to find it here after the fact! Staff is helpful when you ask for their help, but gives you space to look around. Good neighborhood adult fun!
