Lover's Lane - Arlington Heights

Everyone in this store is amazing and super friendly. My job has me coming here often and they always make great small talk. Caitlyn helped me pick out an amazing 5 piece gift set for my girlfriend which she rated all products a 10/10. If you don’t know where to start looking or want a second opinion on something the workers here are amazing at helping!

Although it is expensive for a lot of the women’s products, it ranges from $18 to over $100. A staff member who went by Caitlyn was very kind and strikes up a conversation with you even when you are shy. This place is very clean and has a lot of naughty products, especially more than Spencer’s. I’ve only been here only once, however I can tell the staff members really care about their job and customers, the staff go above and beyond when greeting you and checking you out. They do not have product testers for the battery operated naughty products but it is because they do not want those to get stolen easily and also because it can accumulate a lot of germs. I recommend this place if you are looking for naughty women’s clothing, naughty ropes (also other things to tie) and good variety of toys for men and women.

Caitlyn is phenominal. Im genuinely impressed by her social awareness and communication skills. Im a goofy goober yeah, but she helps me navigate the store. Thanks for listening 👋

Denise really helped me pick out some outfits for an upcoming event. I have she it felt like I was talking to a friend. I was super comfortable. Thank you so much.

Came here with my wife to buy some items but didn't know where to even start. Thankfully one of the supervisors there by the name of Athena was of amazing help to us! Athena was super professional and knew so much about their inventory and my wife and I learned a lot. Athena wasn't pushy and was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. The store itself was clean and well lit too and didn't at all feel creepy. Thank you Athena for making our experience at your store great!

Caitlyn is phenomenal at what she does! She made my partner & I so comfortable shopping together and seemed genuine in her interaction on our product! Showed us tons of items based on what we needed. We will definitely be coming back soon!❤️
