DO NOT COME HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR black. They will follow you around the store. I was so uncomfortable. It’s not the first time it’s has happened to me but it will definitely be the last. I hate coming to this one but it’s the closest one to me. I guess I will have to drive farther for another store. I refuse to give my money to people who already assume I’m going to steal before I can even have the chance purchase an item. Going to the shop off green oaks near paragons sushi. ✌🏾 Bad customer service.

Honestly… I’ve only been here 3 times and every time I visited the workers are so miserable. I came by 12 minutes before closing and one lady greeted me and she was actually nice she seemed new . But the other lady at the register just stood there and she asked are we looking for anything specific because they are about to close .. and I said yah at 12 we have a good 10 mins to spare and she roller her eyes and sided eyed me and had a stank face . I asked her if she was ready to go and she just ignored me and kept looking at the wall … The other associate walked her way and the girl at the register said " see this is why I lock the doors early !! Like girl what ? I don’t recommend coming here tbh … they are so rude and judgement and show no type of professionalism!!!! Even the little Hispanic or white manager last time had an attitude.. I was asked for my id 3 times because i Looked young and I get it !! But after the second time and they seen I was over 21+ and the manager asked me if told her they asked me already and she said okay cool but I need to see your id and I gave it to her and said " I look young right " and she said "mmmhhhh" Like girl say what u got to say …. But yah once again I will never come back and ion recommend anyone to come here

My wife and I were meeting a friend at what we thought was the correct place, when my wife entered the store NO ONE greeted her which is highly unprofessional especially in that type of establishment. My wife was not comfortable in that moment so she left. We love to feel welcome and appreciated when spending the money that we do. Not sure if we will return to this location! Quick edit since you replied as unprofessional as your employees were that night to my WIFE! To be clear I don’t nor have I ever worked for your "Cheap Competition" as you so called them! You most certainly can pull up the cameras to see my wife enter your store & was NEVER greeted. I as well as my wife are business owners & CUSTOMER SERVICE is something we are big on! We were actually willing to give you guys another visit as we all have bad days HOWEVER , judging by you response I can see why the customer service is not up to par! I will be sure to make my interaction with you as well as my wife’s with your store employees known to my 1.5million TikTok & facebook followers! Maybe instead of insulting others you should spend a day or two reminding your employees about customer service! Now have a great day & we can take this conversation to YELP!!!

I had a great experience, Levi was instrumental in picking out the items I was going to use to tie up my girl. This place is legit, Dylan brought me a napkin to wipe off the tester lube from my hand. I wasn't expecting that but I appreciated it a lot.

Came in and Alysha helped me pick out some products. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!
