Round1 Bowling & Arcade - Arlington

What a great place AND open until 2a!! The staff was friendly, super helpful, and attentive. The bathrooms are very clean as is the facility. There is a variety of activities to do - a literal "something for everyone." I couldn't recommend this place enough for the night owls who need a place to unwind. Games run on credits, you purchase a card for $2 and load $20+ increments. $40 gets you apprx 187 credits. Games range between 5 and 14 credits; oddly some are 6.8 credits or even 9.4, 10.6 - this pissed me off, but in a why won't they just round to even numbers sort of way.

Round1 in Arlington is an absolute gem for family fun and entertainment! The facility is spacious and offers an incredible variety of things to do. From a huge selection of crane machines and arcade games to bowling alleys and event space, there's something for everyone to enjoy. What really makes this place stand out is how family-friendly and welcoming the environment is. It’s a perfect spot for hosting birthday parties, group events, or just a weekend outing. The games are exciting, the space is clean and well-kept, and there's never a dull moment. The staff are especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure your experience is a great one. Whether it’s helping you with the game cards or answering questions, they go above and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for a fun-filled day out in Arlington!

Horrible customer service I am beyond disappointed with my experience here. I walked in and put $30 into the kiosk to get a play card. The machine promoted a balance of 133 credits for that amount. However, after playing just one single game, I checked my balance and I only had 3 credits left. I immediately went to find help and spoke with a manager (tall with a ponytail). Instead of actually investigating the glitch or looking at the cameras to see me feeding the bills, he claimed he "checked the cash in the machine" and insisted only $10 had been inserted. He refused to do anything to fix the situation or refund the missing money. I basically gave Round 1 a $20 donation for nothing. It’s a total scam when the hardware fails and the management is too lazy or indifferent to provide actual customer service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its patrons.

I took my kids to this huge arcade/ bowling game attraction. So many games I've never seen before, lots of claw machine games, they've got pool tables as well. Did not do bowling, but it looked nice plenty of lanes. They got awesome prizes you can win for all ages. They also got food, snacks, alcohol..

Love coming here for karaoke. The song list is small if you just looking through the books but on their app they have more songs and I just recently found out that we can request songs to be added through their website. I just wanted to share this info so we can have more songs to sing next time I go 😁

Not sure if it’s just This exact location or they are all the same …. I’m honestly shocked at how much of a rip-off Round1 is. The claw machines feel completely rigged to make you lose no matter how well you line things up. You can spend a lot of money fast and walk away with nothing but frustration. On top of that, staff were nowhere to be found when help was needed, and the few interactions we did have were unhelpful. For the prices they charge, you’d expect fair gameplay and decent customer service — but this place delivered neither. Definitely not worth the money.

I usually go to the round 1 in grapevine, but decided to try this location at, comparing them this location is definitely slept on, it’s a lot cleaner especially the BATHROOMS and super spacious. The workers were very attentive for the claw machines, overall might make it the go to.
