Sara's Secret

Very organized, they also have sexy items for bigger woman. Staff was very polite.

I went in there looking for something specific. We open up the box before I left to make sure it wasn't broken. And the woman who opened it up who worked there found out it was broken so we grabbed another one. Found out that that one was broken. Then we grab something else. It seemed to be working but was absolutely dirty on the handle. So i'm not sure what was going on. She said she would clean it either way. She was a great woman. I have no problems with her. The other little toy that I bought was for sure broken got home. It wouldn't charge wouldn't do anything. So now I was stuck with something was dirty. Looked used and something that did not work period I went back up and I mean I woke up that next morning. I called the store to let them know. And they said there's nothing that they could do, but they would have a manager call me. Nobody go to this store. It's a rip-off their things. Are used and broken.

I went in for my first serious purchase and the cashier, Cassie, was so helpful!! She was fun, very informative, and patient. She made my first time in an adult store much less embarrassing than I had pictured in my head. Her confidence gave me confidence and made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be shopping there again!

We just left and this was the best adult store experience ever! The guy behind the counter was soooo helpful, he knew everything and was a great salesman. I would drive out of my way to go here next time, clean, organized, lots of reliable and new inventory with all sizes. 10/10

Great place with a lot of selection. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very attentive to your needs. Can't say thank you enough to the manager for taking the time in helping me get the right toys needed for a fun night.

Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Small store with big appeal and stock.

Decent place, but there is one guy that follows you around squealing the whole time. He was helpful at first, but then convinced my husband we needed some overpriced lube and just would not calm down. So thanks for the fun night afterwards I guess, and yeah, I get you gotta sell, but seriously, take it down a notch.
