Michelle was warm and welcoming when I stepped into the store. I was looking for a particularly type of lube brand but she did not carry it. She gave me alternatives and suggestions. Also the store has some of the best prices I've seen in a long time . I'm definitely making this my one stop shop for supplies and toys. Thank you Michelle for taking good care of me.

Candace and her team consistently facilitate the best shopping experience! As a person who shops here for others, I benefit from a hands on visit. I always feel well attended to, and as an impact and relational strategist, I value top tier and authentic customer service. I recently asked Candace if she has any days off because she's ALWAYS there--with a smile and joyful spirit in tow (her staff is the same). I would recommend the company beef up security. While people around this location seem to know and respect the staff at Starship and the nearby store, it feels risky, especially at night.
