Dave & Buster's Austin

Played some games, ate some delicious foods, and even better drinks! The manager David was so helpful and made sure we knew all the deals. This is the best arcade/bar I’ve ever been too. I recommend completing there survey that gives you $10 of game tickets or free appetizer:) Ended up spending $100 total on games, food/drinks, and pool for two people which was pricey but worth it!

Firs time trying the food in this location and was completely disappointed‼️ No flavor whatsoever on any of the dishes we ordered. overpriced and so many forgotten sides. It’s good to watch some live sports events, but that’s it. You’d better fill yourself up before coming here because the kitchen staff clearly don’t care about food. Good luck trying to get some help when you arrive.

The food was really good. We did wait half an hour to receive our food about 8 pm Sunday evening, when it wasn't busy at all. We had a really fun time playing all the games. However, the app on our phone wouldn't let us play games that cost 4.5 coins, only those that cost 3.5. Not sure why.

Stopped by with my son and several friends for a season end celebration. Dining out with kids is always stressful but parents and kids alike had a great time! Good food, fun games, but what pulled it all together was our server Eric. He was incredibly helpful when it came to picking our meal/game packages, routinely checked in both at the table and around the floor, and helped exchange a ball for a different color my son wanted, absolutely making his day! Anyone can take an order, deliver food and fill drinks, but it takes someone special to help create an amazing experience. Eric personifies that quality and I’m grateful to have me crossed paths.

Fun fabulous food, went early on halloween our server was awesome. Played a few games. Fun. Highly recommend the bacon burger.

Very helpful and quick service from Will and Rebecca. We got our drinks quickly, I got the blueberry mule cocktail and that took a bit longer which I understand since it was a special drink and Will was kind enough to let me know it was taking a bit longer to prepare when our waters came out. Our food was good and for how fresh everything was the wait time felt accurate for making grilled chicken. Thank you Will and Rebecca for being patient with our baby!

This was our 1st time going to a Dave & Buster's. Our 1st server was awesome. Very polite. Sadly he left. Our 2nd server was one of the managers. He was great as well. During our time in the game area someone took one of my kids little ticket triangle worth 500 tickets. Pretty crappy somone would steal from a 7yo. We let the manager know. He took care of us. This place was awesome from the start to the end.
