PINSTACK

This is our first time and it took 3 servers later to finally help us and seat us for dinner. Overall, its very kid friendly and my son who is 18 now and has Autism, truly enjoyed himself. Although he had his sensitivity issues from being overstimulated, he had a blast in the arcade and bowling. Due to his visual Impairment, he could not do laser tag. I would have given at least a 4 star if it would not have been for the service from waitstaff at the beginning. Now the waitress who did serve us was very polite and truly respectful. We were on the wait list for bowling and had 10 mins to get the lane before they pass it to the next person. The only thing I recommend with the wait list is that there should be a separate line. Standing I the regular line and only 10 mins to get your reserved lane is not quite possible when there is a pack house. Will we back on the next family visit? A strong maybe.

Huge shoutout to the manager John and server Tanner at Pinstack Entertainment for absolutely saving my birthday celebration! We had originally planned to go putt-putting at PopStroke, but a cold front rolled in last minute and made it nearly impossible to play. On a busy Saturday, the Pinstack manager went above and beyond to help us secure a bowling lane at the last minute—and honestly, it turned the whole day around. Thanks to his quick thinking, professionalism, and willingness to help, my birthday party was saved. Our entire group had an amazing time bowling, hanging out, and enjoying everything the venue had to offer. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were top-notch. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. I can’t thank him enough, and I’ll absolutely be coming back—and recommending Pinstack to others—because of this experience.

I visited this PINSTACK location this past Sunday, and I had a wonderful time! In my opinion, the best way to go when bowling is the VIP area every single time. More secluded, less crowded, and less noisy because people don’t usually want to pay the extra money. The Riesling wine was amazing, but I missed out on the adult shakes. I will be back to try them for sure.

Went there for a dinner with husband and kids. We were seated, ordered drinks which took a long time to get. Ordered dinner and was asked for a card "to have on file" before our order was ever put in even. We were both taken back, never have we been asked anywhere to put a card on file before we ordered. So already this was weird and annoying. The next group comes in and orders, we purposely watched and they WERE NOT asked for a card first. Then two security looking guys walk by us slowly, pointing at us with their walkie talkies, then proceeded to stand at the back talking in a group, glancing at us the whole time. Then one walks over to our tables and asked if we had been helped.... We were eating, food and drinks on the table so clearly we had. It was 5 o'clock happy hour, 5 dollar beers. We get the bill for the BBQ burger and ultimate meat pizza, 2 sodas and 2 beers. 71 dollars. Turns out it was 5 dollar sodas each, 14 dollar beers, 19 dollar pizza and 14 dollar burger. We paid and left. It was rude, no happy hour prices that we had asked about prior to ordering, and the whole thing was just plain uncomfortable. Would not go back, would not recommend and we felt disrespected the whole time.

Whenever life gets busy, adulting gets too serious and my brain gets loud… I go to PINSTACK. So many things to do, yet there’s only one me. My personal favorite: Willy Wonka , laser tag, bumping cars, video games. Perfect for a kid BD or an adults decompressing night.

We enjoyed celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday. The food was tasty and bowling and arcade areas was fun. The girls really enjoyed laser tag and bumper cars.

I thoroughly enjoy visiting Pinstack in Round Rock, Texas, every time I go! The vibrant atmosphere really enhances my experience, making it the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening. The bowling alleys are well-maintained, and I love the variety of lane options available. The food is delicious, with a diverse menu that offers something for everyone, from gourmet burgers to tasty appetizers. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit feels welcoming. Plus, the bowling balls are kept in great condition, adding to the overall enjoyment of the game! It's definitely a place I recommend for anyone looking to have a fun time.
