Makenna is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. From the moment we sat down, her energy was warm, fun, and completely contagious. She has that rare ability to make you feel like you’re the only people at the bar — attentive, engaging, and genuinely kind. Not only is her personality top tier, but her drinks are perfection. Beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with skill and pride. You can tell she knows her craft and takes it seriously — while still keeping the vibe light and fun. Makenna is an absolute gem and a huge asset to the establishment. We’ll definitely be back because of her! 🥂✨

I don't typically write reviews, but I came in for a work event. And our server Christen was just absolutely amazing. She was so on point. It's like she was reading our minds. Every time I needed her, she was there. Everything was amazing. The drinks and the bowling were so fine.Definitely, a future trip is to be made.Thank you, christian, for being so on.Top of everything

Absolutely amazing service from Andrea! She was attentive to what we were wanting to drink and made us have tons of laughs!!! Thank you Andrea for such an awesome ending to our night! The drinks were super delicious and the atmosphere gave me the Dave and Busters vibe but better! The different activities available were also awesome leaving it a great time!

I don’t write reviews often, but when I do, it’s because someone truly deserves it — and Timberlynn at Punch Bowl Social (Domain) absolutely does. I’ve been in the service industry for 15+ years, so I know great service when I see it, and this was A++ across the board. The vibe was on point the second we walked in — fun, energetic, and welcoming without being overwhelming. Timberlynn’s energy was everything. Friendly, confident, and locked in without being fake or overbearing. She checked in at all the right times, made solid food and drink recommendations, and kept the night flowing smoothly. The kind of service that makes you forget you’re even "out" because everything just works. Food was 🔥 — fresh, fast, and exactly what we ordered. Drinks were balanced, well-made, and came out consistently great. No waiting around, no confusion, no stress. As someone who’s done this work for a long time, I can say with certainty: Timberlynn is the kind of server every restaurant needs. She elevates the entire experience and makes guests want to come back. 10/10 would return — and would absolutely ask for her again.

Experience was mixed. Lively, fun place in general. Food is pretty good tbh. Bowling was ok but the lanes kept breaking down which was a bummer. Service was... Not great... Checking out the bowling stuff was fine, she was cool and took care of us. The bar staff unfortunately were not friendly, made us wait while they talked, and were dismissive and combative at times. We gave up trying to get drinks at one point and left. I've been before and it was fine. Maybe just a bad night. I'm good for a while though.

Update To their credit the GM reached out and did offer to make it right. We enjoyed our visit immensely. Kristin was a great server and the food and drink was quite tasty and a good variety (even plenty of gluten free options). The game selection is fantastic too. Fun with bowling and huge battleship. Too bad the golf simulator was broken. Definitely a fun place for a party or a group outing. Prior: We have reservations for a large party in less than five days and this restaurant just called to tell me that they have canceled us since they were bought out by a large company for the day. Essentially our reservations and our party (and likely other parties with reservations for lunch and dinner that day) is less important than whatever corporation bought out the restaurant and here we are left with five days to find a restaurant that will accommodate a large party for my daughter‘s 18th birthday. Really crappy way to do business. I will not return to this restaurant. And if you are considering making a reservation for a large party, I would think twice as they cannot be held to their word. And you may find yourself in the same position. I’m in right now.
