Placed an order over the weekend and never received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup. They cancelled my order due to non pick up but I never received the cancellation email as well. Called and inquired with Theresa who seemed nice at first and informed me what happened, couldn’t answer why i never received notification and told me to place another order. She was rude upon me asking how I was supposed to verify this time the order was good. Bad customer service online and over the phone.

You could be the only one in the store, it would take an average of 30 minutes to pay, I think they have to sign in and get approval from headquarters in Thailand to make the sale, if you choose to pay cash, that’s even worse, you’d have to switch registers and another cashier would have to come and witness the sale, on top of all the time waisted, price is 30% higher than the competition down the street.

Ordered online through doordash and they sent me a opened box of Energize her bunny 3 that was damaged and missing parts of the battery insert needed to power the product. The on and off button was also clearly damaged. Im throwing it away as i don’t even know if this thing has been used or not. Very very untrustworthy thing for a company to sell broken/used intimate products to people. Also it was overpriced and the same product is 18 dollars on amazon for something i paid 30 dollars for.

Dawna was super helpful! An essential recently stopped working, and I needed to get another one a similar nature and price point, she took me to exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Everything was neat and organized and it seemed like they had an abundance of product compared to other stores that I’ve recently been into that I felt were lacking inor variety. Overall great experience and would recommend for all of your adult needs.

Dawna was by far one of my favorite people to meet, she was exceedingly helpful and answered all of my questions and even gave some great advice when I asked for it. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Love the staff. So friendly, helpful, down to earth. I went in to get a valentine gift for my best friend. I told them who I'm shopping for and the occasion and they helped me out. I wish there were more plus size fashion or I would have bought her a Tshirt or crop top. I didn't go in the back, I stayed up front in the gift section. Maybe next time.

I came in Monday with my friend so she could get some clothes. While visiting, I saw some strange games (funny, but strange) and pointed them out to my friend. The name of the game was "cumshot" I pointed out how hilariously weird it was. The point of the game is to mess around with two dicks attached to each other. When I pointed them out to my friend, the worker with black hair and a pierced up face decided to interject herself into a conversation she did not belong in and say to me "Maybe if you had more of an open mind it would be more fun" insinuating that because I don’t want to play with two toy dicks that I have a "Closed Mind". I did not appreciate this at all. Not only did she enter a conversation where nobody was talking to her, she insulted me by practically saying that I had a "Closed Mind" because I didn’t want to play a game meant for women and gay people. Whatever you practice in your life, that’s fine by me. But when you work at an establishment and essentially tell your customer he has a closed mind because he doesn’t find jerking off two toy dicks to be fun? That’s crossing a line of professionalism. I did not enjoy this at all. It ruined my experience of the shop completely. I was there with my friend being lighthearted with her and the worker was very rude. This is not something that is done in a professional setting. Not being gay, not wanting to play with dicks, is not having a "Closed Mind". It really lets me know where the mindset of the business is at and I will be letting a manager know as soon as possible. This is unacceptable behavior.
