I’ve always loved this place, but after recent changes, I won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to see them remove the convenience of card payments, only to add an ATM inside that charges a fee. It feels like a move designed more for their benefit than for the customers. If they can afford to install an ATM, they certainly can afford to cover transaction fees. It’s a shame because the service used to be great, but this feels like a major step backward. Very frustrating!"

I love this store. The lingerie is so cute, and they have an amazing toy selection plus all the extras like massage oils/lubes. The guy working tonight was awesome. I've had a great experience every time I've come in here. This place is so much better than the other adult stores in billings. Both my husband and I felt very welcomed here.

I am doing the new review after 8 months.... I Had a wonderful experience, once again! *Ember* was Amazing and very helpful. I love the new selections and the price on what I was looking for ...it was much easier on my funds than the older styles! I left happy and optimistic! Got home and put it thru the test... **BINGO** 10 STARS!!!

Have been to this location a couple of times. Staff was friendly enough, not intrusive but offered assistance if needed. Good selection, reasonably priced. However, tonight that was NOT the case. My partner and I walked in, with our masks on as per their requirement, just behind a woman. There were a few other couples in the lobby and one couple at the counter. The cashier hollered over the counter for my partner and I to leave stating we'd have to come back "there are to many people in here already". Extremely embarrassing as the other patrons all, and I do mean all, turned to look at us. As we were leaving another gentleman went in and did not come out. The girl was rude to say the least and I will be searching for a new location to pick up the items we were intent on purchasing.

Great retail supplies, but the playground is closed and has been since 2021. That is some pretty handy information to have! Revised this review based on owners response and inability to comprehend or understand English, so I reduced it to sixth grade level for them. No need to go back unless I have a hankering for frustration.

This place has reasonably priced items. My partner and I were able to find what we were looking for. However, I had my service animal with me and upon entering the employee told me that I needed to provide proof he was a service dog as per the store’s "new policy". This is highly illegal and a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Whoever’s the owner needs to read the rights of disabled people in the ADA, especially about service animals before they end up with a lawsuit on their hand.

I did a positive review and it was positive. I had to retract it. I called for a product and they had it I paid for it and looked at it and it was wrong. The right product was there so I went to exchange it and the manager wasn't there so left the product I purchased and the one I wanted with a phone number to call me. It's been 2 months no call. I lost 40 dollars. Please dont go here. I wont ever again and I went once every to weeks was very loyal. Not anymore this is one customer you cant get back
