Tactical Urban Combat Mall of America

Can't say enough good things about the staff and our experience at TUC. The laser tag was phenomenal, couldn't keep my son away from there, I think he played 3-4 hours, I joined in for a bit. JP, Maddy, Chris, everyone was great and wanted you to feel welcome while junior went on a running spree. They went out of their way to make him feel special, not called for, but I think it's required to define 5 star service. When I was in the war zone that must be what call of duty feels like, weapon upgrades, health from team mates, I could go on and on but this review is long enough. Thanks TUC staff

We had an ABSOLUTE BLAST. My 8 year old wanted to go for his birthday, so we signed up for 2 nerf sessions. Sara and Blitz were so wonderful keeping our session pumped up (it was only my family of 4, which was awesome). My 10 year old daughter requested we go back for her birthday in a few weeks. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it was so much more fun that I thought I'd have (I knew my son would love it). We all left sweaty and worn out from running around crazy. HIGHLY recommend.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a military - style laser tag simulation, look no further. The technology and weapons are fantastic. So fun and totally worth it!!!

We had a BLAST at Tactical Urban Combat. We took our son here for his birthday with his buddies, we had ages spanning from 9yrs old to 38yrs old in our group of 10! GABE was our game master, he did an excellent job explaining the rules and providing commentary & updates throughout the games. Highly recommend this place even just for a quick play with friends because the price is right even if you’re on a budget!! 10/10 would recommend this place! We will DEFINITELY be coming back!! Thank you for the awesome experience!!

JP and Reggie were great. Very excited, animated and fun. Our 12 year olds had a great time. VR definitely worth it and price is cut when you purchase another event so good deal. Reggie keeps the VR arena the place to be at Tactical Combat. Thanks for the good time and fun atmosphere

How do you spell fun, laser tag. Tactical Urban Combat was a blast. Kevin, our referee, was fantastic and even joined in on the combat. We picked our games and the time for each and went crazy. JP, the manager, and the man behind the scenes, Reggie, were a blast and made sure we had fun. Fantastic staff, can't say enough good things about our experience. We'll be back again and take Reggie up on the "nerf battle." UPDATE - went back for nerf wars, teamed up with some other folks and had a blast. This is good fun for everyone.

Awesome place to bring your kids and young adults for a lot of good times! All the Employees where AWESOME! The boys had a great time at the birthday party and then we went over to the Sugar Factory which was also very awesome!
